Great Family Getaway

Stay was wonderful! House was well appointed. We had everything we could have needed for our family getaway. Close to shopping, restaurants, and stores. Appreciated the detailed instructions and recommendations for local things to do. One of the best rentals we have ever booked!

Spring Trip to Florida

Well appointed property with beautiful decor. This home is an absolutely beautiful place to stay. I could get off the front porch swing, amazing. Communication with host was superb. We cannot wait to come back to The Journey Begins. Oh ..the coffee bar completely makes the home amazing!!

Great location to kick back & relax

The property more than met our needs. The location is ideal for either exploring 30A or chilling out by the pool. We really appreciated the gym facility & use of bikes & thegolf cart. The house is well furnished & comfortable & we made great use of the grill. In addition i would say the owners & property manager were excellent & super helpful.

It was honestly a perfect spot, a little far from seaside and rosemary but the house itself and neighborhood was amazing. About a 2 minute drive to the beach and I would stay here again.

Winter Stay with Snow

We visited Florida and it snowed! But we couldn’t have asked for a more Beautiful & Comfortable Home to be snowed in for 2 days! So bright and clean, had everything we needed. We were able to walk the neighborhood and surrounding trails and they were gorgeous. Would definitely stay here again!

Annual Family Christmas Break trip!

Great house with lots of room and a very quiet neighborhood. This house is fully stocked with everything you might need and more. The beautiful infinity pool and hot tub was a game changer for our family. We would love to stay in this house on our next get-away.

Best place we have stayed in 25 years

Everything you want..great house with the details that matter when you come to the beach, golf cart, bikes, plenty of outside seating, chairs and umbrellas for beach, kids book in house, ice maker for coolers, awesome screened in porch, board games and cards. Neighborhood is great for walking. Unbelievable infinity pool. Top Motch!!!

A great vacation

Best rental yet in this area!

Best stocked home for sure in the area! As I travel regularly for business and have stayed in many many homes- this one has everything and you don't have to bring it all with you! GREAT location, gated, great pool and neighborhood for walking- super pet friendly and the home was SO comfortable. My daughter is pregnant and we brought the pups so it was very enjoyable. Golf cart convenient to the beach and no issues at all! Comfy beds/ games, books and just thought of everything! (esp the COFFEE BAR! WOW)

A perfect stay!

We had such a relaxing and enjoyable stay at this property! The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet and the people are very friendly. Our favorite part of this house is their sprawling front porch! The furniture is very comfortable and the home is decorated beautifully. The owners provided all the conveniences: beach towels, umbrella, chairs, etc. we will definitely stay here again.

4th of July

Beautiful house that fit my parents and 5 teenagers well. Golf cart was a huge plus and allowed us easier parking in several of the beach access points. Community pool and workout facilities were nice for time away from the beach. Would definitely go back.

Beautiful, cozy home!

We loved our stay at this gorgeous, but super cozy home! Usage of the golf cart allowed us to explore the area and pull off to look at all of the nature that surrounds the homes. The pool was amazing and we slept like babies! The owners were so kind and had excellent communication with us. We’ll definitely be visiting again!

The Most Amazing Beach House

This was an amazing beach house! It includes everything you can possibly ask for on a beach vacation. The property was extremely clean and beautiful. Frank and Jamie are lovely hosts. We spent the weekend here celebrating my grandpa's 83rd birthday. The memories shared here will be cherished forever.

Love This Beach House!!

We were impressed with this house the minute we walked in the door. It was beautiful, with very comfortable with high quality furnishings, beds and linens. The kitchen was very well stocked and the owners had everything you could want for the beach. The beach is only a 4 minute golf cart ride with abundant parking and restrooms available. Oh, and they bought and delivered a new golf 6 seat cart while we were there! Loved the sunrises on the huge front porch and sunsets at the pool overlooking the state forest with views. The owners were very responsive to all inquiries and had many helpful tips. We would highly recommend this home and we would definitely stay there again when visiting 30A!
