Sweet Southern Sol is a 2 story Malibu Chic home located in the quiet neighborhood of Gulf View Heights, close to the beaches of 30A.

This home has fun features throughout, such as a large back yard with a private pool, a stunning carriage house for additional guests, and grill for family BBQ's and more!

The main living area features an open and inviting floor-plan where the main sitting area, dining room and kitchen all flow into one another seamlessly.

The kitchen is well stocked with all necessary appliances, as well as serving-ware in order to prepare a beautiful meal.

The King master suite can be found on the second floor and is complete with a king size bed, en suite bathroom with separate shower and soaking tub and a large walk in closet. It also features a private balcony overlooking the pool.

The home also has 2 Queen suites (1 downstairs & 1 upstairs) with attached private bathrooms and closets with ample space.

The first guest bedroom features a charming day bed (sleeps 1) which functions as a lovely space to relax and chat or as a comfortable bedroom for additional guests.

In the bunk room you will find two twin over twin bunks. The kiddos will also enjoy a private bathroom and a large closet.

All bedrooms feature flat-screen TV's for your entertainment.

Our home also has a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer.

Carriage House: The open floorplan carriage house features a king bed, comfortable seating area as well as a complete kitchen, 2 bar stools and a large flat screen TV. The bathroom has a spacious walk in shower. Our carriage house also has ample closet space and a stacked washer and dryer for your convenience.

Fall Break Trip

We have been doing a yearly fall break trip with family and cousins and this house was the perfect set up with the carriage house and with our young kids. The pool was great and the location to the beach was great. The host was so accommodating with us checking in alittle early because of the kids and also checked on us with the hurricane that came through and told us we could leave a little later on our day to leave as we were going to be heading right into the hurricanes path. Will definitely be keeping this house as a saved home for future trips as we come down here twice a year. Emily was a great host!

Hidden Gem

This house was perfect for our family trip. Just off 30-A, an open floor plan with excellent finishes throughout. The fully furnished kitchen, TV’s in every room, including the screened in porch. The best feature had to be the pool. So very relaxing. The house was close to the beach, restaurants, it was only a 7 minute walk. We will definitely come back.

Stunning home that’s close to the beach for a large group

We booked this home for a family vacation that included a total of 12 people. There was plenty of room for all of us, and the additional carriage house was an added bonus, seemed like we got 2 houses for the price of one! It was obvious this a new home, all the appliances and furnishings are new. The outdoor pool was wonderful, kids stayed there for hours. So happy that we stayed in this beautiful home that is located in a very nice area. I highly recommend!

This place was perfect for young men to celebrate graduation! Close to public beaches, food, and nightlife. Golf cart was great to go everywhere on and find easier parking. Emily is an amazing host and responds quickly!
