Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Located in the middle of all the best 30A has to offer and only a 5-minute walk to a public beach! This townhouse has a little of everything including two community pools, tennis courts and private walking trails through a national park. We have your beach essentials covered including beach towels, beach chairs, cooler, an umbrella and a wagon! We even offer two bikes which makes going into seaside or rosemary a breeze.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2.5 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

This was my best experience in traveling to this area for 30 years. Everything you would need from beach chairs, to beach toys, to coolers were there for our use. Young kids, adults, and grandparents walked with ease to the beach everyday. The pool and tennis/pickle bar courts were steps away. The location to local attractions is great as well!

Great property and management!

The townhome in Cassine Gardens was perfect for our daughters high school graduation trip! It had everything we needed for our 3 day stay. We had a small hiccup when we arrived because the home had not been cleaned after the last guest, but Heather responded immediately and compensated us fairly. The house was cleaned the next day to perfection! The public beach is a short walk across 30A and was not crowded at all during our stay. I highly suggest renting a golf cart to get around 30A. You can go from one cute town to the other with ease! We loved our stay and will be coming back soon!

Great Location!

Very conveniently located between each of the most popular beach destinations. Minutes from Seaside, Alys, & Rosemary Beaches. The pool is absolutely perfect for days when there's a double-red flag on the beach. Very responsive host, thank you for the great vacation destination!
