All have scenic views of the Gulf of Mexico.

DETAILS: Brand new construction! This corner lot home located in Phase 3 of WaterColor features 6-bedrooms, 6.5-bathrooms, and ample parking for multiple cars. Guests will retain privacy, as the lot backs up to a green preserve and has only one neighboring home. It's professionally decorated with unique touches throughout each room. Pool was a cozy 88 degrees during the cold snap, house was clean and lovely. We only had a couple maintenance issues and were able to fix one ourselves (toilet handle had come unscrewed), and the handy man came that first day to replace a low pressure shower head, so we did not have someone waiting 30 mins to get the soap rinsed out of their hair for to a lack of water pressure. Bikes were fun, golf cart was a hoot, parking for 3 small suvs was a breeze, and the walk to coffee and beach was only .5 mile and a pretty walk to take. It was a lovely time, thank you for sharing your spacious home.

Lovely home

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful home. It’s a short and magical bike ride to the beach, in a wonderful part of the neighborhood. They house was beautiful, clean, and the property manager was easy to get ahold of and very responsive for any needs that we had.
