Great Stay During Spring Break!

We had a great stay! The property was exactly as described—very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free, and everything we needed was provided. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Wonderful

Loved our stay at 30a, it was a real treat! The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed, it was clean and the beds were very comfy. Close to the beach and to some good restaurants and loved the pool!

This place was awesome, very clean and well equipped. House stayed super cool, must be a new AC unit! Very easy walk to the beach and both pools were very clean. Best value to stay on 30A!

Perfect escape

We went down for a few days during spring break to get away and this met all of our needs. Despite not being right on the beach, the beach access was very close and easy. There was plenty to do within walking distance and we enjoyed the whole trip.

Legends 7 did not disappoint!

A perfect set up for my husband and I plus 2 teens. Walkable to the beach and the pool is just downstairs! Walkable to Gulf Place as well! Would totally stay here again.

Close to the beach!

The walk to the beach was quick & easy! .25 miles from our door to the sand. Super easy with young kids! The condo was great. Lots of stairs! But the kids didn't mind them. The beds/mattresses were really good. The condo is "older" and slightly dated. But it had everything we needed kitchen wise and was very spacious. The carpet could use replacing! And the parking is a bit tricky if you have a large vehicle. :) Everything else worked perfectly. We enjoyed the pools. They are a bit smaller and we went during "off season". I imagine this area gets pretty crowded when all the units are rented out during peak season. We would definitely rent here again during "off season"!

Great location!

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was roomy and as pictured. We loved being so close to the beach. It was only a short walk across the street and down Spooky Lane.

Great place to stay

This was a great property! It felt like home. It was clean and easy to walk to the beach. I would stay here again tomorrow if I could. Highly recommend staying at this property.

Great location!

Nice getaway

The condo has a beach cottage vibe that is cute and comfortable. It was clean but could use some paint touch ups and new caulking around the tub. I would suggest a few additional dishes and cookware items. We would rent this one again. My comments are based on 17 years of renting on 30A.

Only one positive about this booking

Pictures are very deceiving! Place is rundown and needs lots of improvements! Furniture is very dirty and uncomfortable and kitchen appliances are old and dirty. We could only use the coffee machine. Barstools have stains on it and curtains have black mold! Sliding doors handles are black from dirt! Neighbors who live there will wake you up as soon as sun is up and will give no privacy. The only good thing is 5 minutes walk to beach. If I knew how to get my money back, I would!

Perfect Location

We loved our trip! Perfect location, beautiful views and weather. 2 minute walk to the beach and a short walk to restaurants, ice cream and shops. We can’t wait to come back and will definitely stay in these condos again. Easy check in/out and it had everything we needed for the week. Thank you for everything!

All in all a good pick

Condo and location were just what we needed for 2 adults and 2 kids under 2. We should have brought a child gate for the steps and there were no available beach towels, toys or anything like that in the condo. Also really nothing provided for cooking like salt or pepper. Some of the pots and pans could use an update. Too far for us to walk to the beach with kids and gear, but we simply drove to the closest public beach access and that worked fine for us. Carpet could use a deep clean since our 2 year old's feet were pretty black from running in the house barefooted. Cleaning fee seems really expensive considering they request you take out your own trash and load the dishwasher before you leave. Not sure the fee matches with how tidy you have to leave it before checking out.

Can't Beat the Location

We enjoyed Santa Rosa Beach so much. The location was great, just a short walk to the beach. We arrived and made some small maintenance requests the first day. One was addressed, but not fixed very well. We continued to have a few small issues, and then the power went out in the master bedroom and bathroom. Despite several attempts to have the matter fixed, it was not turned back on when we left, and we only heard back from Ocean Reef once about getting it fixed a day and a half later.

Roomy and perfect location!

Such a great spot for our family of five! Master bed was so comfortable and the chairs off the deck on master was a perfect little retreat for my husband and I. We brought a twin mattress for our 3rd child as the two beds in the second bedroom are full size and our kids wiggle like crazy....loved the open floor plan on the main level. Decorated nicely and such an easy walk to the beach! Beach volleyball footsteps away and two pools! Perfect! We will be renting again.
