Mixed Bag

The location is excellent, but the house needs to be updated. The upstairs was too hot and the downstairs was too cold. The upstairs bathtub produced only lukewarm water, and the upstairs mattress sagged. The house is a good size for two people.

Very nice cottage

The house is cozy and well maintained. Just a short walk to the beach and there is plenty to do at Seaside. We enjoyed our time there.

Nice Place

We enjoyed our stay. We were two adult couples. We all agree that it is better suited for one adult couple with children in the second bedroom. It is a very small room/bathroom and there is no privacy. The back door opens into the bathroom. The master upstairs is a loft. It met our needs though. Just our thoughts. Great location!

Love Frose Rose

Perfect Getaway

Location is awesome. Across street beach access --short walk to town center. Sitting on the porch and having the park-like greenery to view made the end of day very enjoyable. Pool was great for windy days. Gym facilities have up to date equipment. Would highly recommend. Note to owner: Coming from NE we were not familiar with the area. It would have been helpful to have some "up to date" tourist info. We had a car and found our way to the State Parks but missed the Farmer's Market and any other local activities that may have occurred. Also, when booking for April a warning that Spring Break is happening (for us old folks)

Fantastic Place

We have been staying in Seaside for over 24 years coming multiple times a year. We have always booked through Cottage Rental Agency and we consistently rented our usual house at least once per year when it was just us. The house far exceeded our expectations as did Sandpiper Vacation Rentals. We cannot wait to be back later this year. The small touches made nice impacts for us. This could very well be our new go to house. Sandpiper Vacation Rentals is definitely who we will be using!! Thank you for making it so easy and for providing such great customer service!

Perfect location

My family of 5 stayed here for a few days in the spring. The cottage is beautiful and in a perfect location. Super close to the town and across the the beach access. The two bedrooms are very comfortable. The pull out sofa was great. It would be better is there were curtains in the living room. Overall, a perfect spot! Would definitely come back

Location is fantastic

We stayed for 10 days, Great location don’t need any golf carts. Access to beach is fabulous and communicating with Jessica the property manager was wonderful. The house is wonderfully located and while it did not come with any staples a ride to Publix fixed it. The house came with two cycles which we used every day and loved it. We stayed during the great freeze of Dec 2022 and the heating in the house was not even. The upstairs was hot and downstairs cold. Even with that hitch we loved our stay.

Great Seaside Cottage - BAD parking

The beach cottage was great. Nice space, clean, and very close to the beach. My main concern is that the parking is nearly unusable. Something has to be done to improve this by working on the landscaping.

Spring break!

We loved this cute little house! It was perfect for the 4 of us. Very short walk across the street to beach. We walked everywhere. Never had to drive. Probably the best stocked house we have ever rented. We would definitely stay here again!
