This property was beautiful. It was ample, & comfortable enough for all 16 of us. It was also beautifully decorated and location was perfect. It's located right across the beach and about 20 minute walking distance from Downtown & all the action. The kitchen was state of the art, it even includes an ice maker. The only negative I found is the pool. It's tiny, it doesn't really fit in that gorgeous property.

Spring Break 2025

H2O365 was perfect for the group we had. We had 3 families with 6 adults, 5 teenage girls and 4 other kids. The teenagers took the top floor which is perfect for a group of kids around the same age, bunk beds and hang out area. The layout is perfect and designed well. We had a great time at this house and the location is perfect as it's right on 30A and easy walk across the street and to pubilc access, two of them. Owners or Mgmt team was always there if we needed them but didn't really need them at all during the trip.

Father/Son trip

Father/Son trip before the boys go off to college. House is massive and in a great location. The boys had their own living space on the fourth floor. Wish the 3rd floor balcony was accessible without going through a bedroom. Great time, no complaints. Would return again!

Special time with family-loved the beach.

First time to this beach Pros: very clean place. Comfortable Beds! Clean pool.(heated was extra but worth it!). Plenty of room for everyone. Beautiful kitchen to gather. Close to beach. Kids loved the bunk room. Found everything in good working order.😎beach was awesome 👏 Cons: The stairs got steeper every day. My husband and I are 60+ and had our kids+ spouse and grandkids. Thankful for their help carrying up and down..so it was VERY frustrating to see a working elevator in the house with a sign “ family only.” We would have paid more if we could have used elevator. Then there was the pool alarm ⏰ every time you open doors outside. I get the safety reasons but grief there should be some options there.

Excellent in every respect

This property is in an excellent location. Close to everything and the beautiful beach. Having 5 bedrooms and a large bunk room each with its own bath is outstanding. The gathering area and kitchen/dining on the second floor allowed for wonderful meals and spending time together.

Good Times with Family

The property was very clean. The house was set up for large groups to be able to stay together and not feel cramped. The kitchen had nice appliances which made it easy to cook meals. The beds were very comfortable . The location of the house allow for easy access to the beach, seaside, Rosemary, restaurants and groceries. This was a great experience and memories made for our whole family.

Great Family Time on 30A

Wonderful home for family vacation with 3 generations. Proximity to beach and Seaside gave everyone something to do. Bikes were enjoyed by all. Pool was not large but worked well for our crowd. Size of house and family friendly layout was the biggest plus.Hope we will be back

Stunning home!

This house was so beautiful, clean and worked so well for our extended family. The teenage kids loved having their very own space, and there was so much room to spread out, plenty of gorgeous bathrooms and bedrooms and balconies for everyone. We loved cooking in the kitchen, which has a great open setup, big bar and table. The ice maker was so handy for filling ice chests for the beach. The pool is little but the kids still loved swimming when they got sick of the sand. The san juan st. Beach access is just steps away...it was close enough to send a person over early with chairs to reserve spots on the beach. Overall, out stay was wonderful and we would highly recommend!
