Welcome to your happy place! This bright and colorful gulf view beach home will increase your serotonin levels the moment you walk through the door. Majorca is a 4 bedroom, 4 bath home located in the private gated community of Vizcaya in Dune Allen Beach. It features a large, spacious kitchen open to the dining and living area that welcomes family time.

Vizcaya includes a community pool for cooling off after a long day on the beach, and the Timpoochee bike trail is easily accessible located just outside the gate for family bike rides to Gulf Place Town Center for dining, shopping, and art classes for the kids in the spring and summer months.

After enjoying one of our breathtaking gulf sunsets, there’s a gas grill for grilling fresh seafood, and a large outdoor dining table, too. Don’t feel like cooking? Try one of our charming, locally owned restaurants for oysters any way you like them, as well as a variety of signature seafood dishes with a southern gulf coast flare.

Majorca will delight the entire family. We look forward to seeing you soon!

Out Dated and over priced

The area was great and the check in process was easy. The beach was close and the neighborhood was very private. Once we walked into the house we were greeted with 2 dead roaches. The next morning we were greeted with 3 more live roaches including the ones on the kitchen counter. We were woke up in our second morning to the sound of rain in the house. Huge waterfall leak coming from the ceiling on the second floor. I called the property manager and sent pictures. They stated that maintenance would be notified. We were there 3 more days and no one ever showed up. The patio is out dated and rotten. One of the chairs on the third floor is crumbling to pieces and the property had zero cushions for the patio furniture. The other property’s all had cushions on their porches.

Lovely Vizcaya neighborhood

The house is perfect for a family of 8 or more. Close access to the beach. Very nice amenities. Love the gated community. Would definitely stay again.

Private Beach Getaway

The overall property is great with a very private feel to a very busy area. The property is a little dated and we did have a shower handle that came off and a dish washer that was a bit glitchy. Overall though it's a property that we'll be happy to come back to.

Great family vacation

We loved this property and this neighborhood. Very quiet and private, especially the beach. The pool was clean and not too crowded. Our walk to the beach was easy and the homeowner's association security guard very helpful. Great kitchen/dining table and also outside table. The view from the 3rd floor is awesome. The only negatives would be that there are very few places to hang towels in the bathrooms and the TV in the main area is small. But overall we were very happy! We hope to stay here again!
