Many returning guests reserve the Dune 1 Townhomes year after year – it’s a tradition for some that started years ago. With incomparable gulf views, a beachside pool, and a private boardwalk to the beach, it’s no wonder that guests consider this special place at the beach their second home. Nested on Dune Allen Beach, Dune 1 has 14 gulf front townhomes. First floor features include the kitchen, the living room, the dining area, and screened porch. All of the bedrooms are on the second floor with gulf front master suites and a full balcony. Reservations are on a first come, first serve basis, so be sure to reserve your spot early. Your family, like so many others, will make memories that last a lifetime.

First Timers

The property was in a great location and had everything we needed for a beach stay! We frequented Stinky’s across the road for easy breakfast, coffee, and snacks. Loved having the pool available for a little time out of the ocean. We used the screened in deck each morning and evening to watch the waves and occasional dolphin family! The furniture and such is dated, but worked for what we needed it for- a place to sit and sleep! The location and view is definitely worth coming back for!
