Welcome to 11th floor Gulf-front views at BeachCrest 1102. This 2-bedroom unit is the perfect choice for your next 30A trip - a great spot for a romantic getaway or for a family vacation. You're greeted with brilliant emerald water views from the second you walk in - and you'll enjoy an unobstructed view from your private balcony.

The crisp white modern kitchen opens to the main dining and living areas for effortless entertaining. The kitchen is fully equipped to help you create some great food (and even better vacation memories!). There's room for 2 at the peninsula and 6 at the dining table.

Both bedrooms are outfitted with TVs and all 3 TVs in the unit have DVD players. You'll enjoy cable channels in the main living area and master bedroom. Your rainy day entertainment is covered! However, even a rainy day on the beach is better than a day away from the sugar white sands.

An initial Benchmark signature box of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.

Family trip

This place was easily a 3 star experience for us. The location and views were amazing. The private beach access and chair set up was SO nice! We also enjoyed hanging by the pool! The condo unit itself could have used a real deep cleaning before our arrival. At first glance everything looked nice. However, with having two little toddlers, we were needing to move furniture here and there, and found old food more than we expected. It was gross. There were old chips, bottle caps, and even a hash brown under the moved furniture, along with dust. I think overall the unit needs updates, simple ones to start. Most of the door stoppers were completely rusted and bent. More than half of the outlets didn’t work, and were oddly broken in to the point no plugs would even stay in. The lint catch on the dryer fell on my head when I opened it from being rusted out it looked like. Overall, our visit was good. We love the area so kept busy outside of the condo when we could!

Awesome family vacation

Everything was a described, dealing with mgmt, checking in was easy and straight forward. Perfect place for family with an 8 & 10 yr old. Beach was perfect. Plenty of food options nearby. Hopefully be back soon.

Wonderful trip!

My family and I have been visiting Seagrove Beach for the last 15 years. It is truly one of the most beautiful beaches I have ever visited. Our condo was clean and nicely decorated. Very easy process of checking in and out.

The rental and check in process was great and super easy. The owners have supplied plenty of kitchen utensils & extras. Everything was updated and comfortable. Our only complaint, and it’s not really a “complaint” is the cleaning company hadn’t unloaded the dishwasher, there was still laundry in the dryer left behind from previous guests, the fridge had dried spills in it and some food was left behind. I was easily able to clean up/put away these things. Other than than the few housekeeping issues, the unit itself is great, having chair/umbrella service provided and the condo location were all great!

Location is great, condo is great. Only complaint we had were the chairs and umbrellas were so close together that you could hardly even get to our chair. The area has become very popular and I understand that everyone wants the front row but it does take away from the ability to enjoy the beach when you have people so close together that you hear every word they say. The worst part was the smokers right next to you.

Labor Day getaway

The property was just as described ; amazing views , clean , easy to axcess beach via pool area . Elevator was super easy dash up to 11th floor , never a wait . Would have liked maybe a few basic spices such as salt & pepper ; other than that we were prepared . Beds were comfy ; sofas not so much but. Would definitely recommend and hope to be back soon !
