Beautiful condo--close to the beach!

This condo was my favorite in all the years we've been coming here. It was updated, clean and fully stocked. Super close to the beach and convenient to Seaside and other places we frequent. We couldn't be happier.

Wonderful Stay

This was the first condo that I would 100% stay again. Everything was super clean and plenty of space for our party of 5 (3 adults, 2 small children). The proximity to the beach was great so that we could go up and down multiple times a day. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we will be back!

Stunning Condo!

Our room was absolutely beautiful!!! We had everything we needed plus some! The stairs were challenging at times but we managed!! Very quiet condo and would definitely recommend!! We will be returning most definitely!!

Beach Time!

The condo was clean and comfortable. It was quite and peaceful. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and listening to the ocean. It’s only a few steps from the beach. It’s close to restaurants and a grocery store. All in all a great place to stay. We will definitely stay there again!

Beautiful Condo & Views - Steep Steps

The location of this condo was perfect! Right on 30A with easy beach access and a beautiful view of the water from the living area. One BIG note: this condo is on the 3rd floor with long and very steep staircases, and there is no elevator access... at least none that we were made aware of. It wasn't a problem for us, but we didn't see any indication of this when we reserved the condo and imagine it could be problematic for someone older, with bad knees, etc... or if you're staying a full week and have lots to carry up/down from your car when you arrive/are leaving. Also, the listing says there are 2 parking spaces with this condo, but the management company told us we only had one for our unit. Both items could have been an issue, but we made it work. Still these are 2 big factors for many renters and we believe there should be better clarification of these things in the description/upon booking... particularly considering the price point of this unit. For these reasons we knocked off 1 star in a couple categories. Otherwise, the entire property was beautifully maintained and the condo looked just like the listing pictures, completely modernized and updated.

Awesome stay! Will be returning!

Such a great property located in Seagrove Beach. Short walk and/or bike to Seaside. Beautiful Ocean view from the porch. Very clean, fabulous amenities. Huge kitchen and living area. Very comfortable. Lots of extra sleeping areas for bigger parties. We will be returning to this property in the future!

Just wow!

The Palms continues to impress me. This is our second stay (once in D and this time in B) and each time I have been impressed. The renovations and decor in this condo are impressive to say the least. I love how close to the beach it is and you can be at Publix or seaside in minutes! We will be back. :))
