This luxury 3 bedroom, 3 bath beachfront unit is just what the doctor ordered ! It meets everyone's needs and 'wishes' for the ideal vacation. This unit has been freshly painted and decorated over the past few months. Each bedroom is complete with new smart TVs. The master offers a spa tub with separate shower. The gulf front view is unparalleled. Awake daily to vast ocean views on a balcony facing the sea that has access from both the master and main living area.

The gift of 30A’s gulf is that it delivers the most incredible array of different turquoise colors daily as the sea’s water and the soothing sound of the crashing waves roll in. The breathtaking color of the waves against the WHITE POWDER sand is unbeatable.

Guest after guest comment on how refreshed, relaxed and invigorated they feel during their stay.

While many rentals in the area are certainly beautiful and have spectacular amenities, there are VERY FEW that are “truly gulf front” AND don’t have multiple steep steps to the beach. A vacation designed properly does not entail lugging kids and coolers and toys, etc up & down 75 steps in the boiling sun.

San Remo #302 is situated on a 4.6 acre property carved perfectly into the sand dunes facing the gulf. This unit sits directly over pool, private only 32 units. Olympic size pool and a hot tub are adjacent to the beach.

The 'location' is what sets this property apart from others. This property sits on 30-A which is directly between Destin and Panama City. Only 3 miles to Watercolor ! Grayton, Seaside, Rosemary and Alys Beach all just around the corner. Be at the brand new Pier Park in Panama City for entire family entertainment in 15 minutes, or at the Destin outlets in 10 ! Enjoy the quaint shopping and arhcitecturally stunning atmosphere of Watercolor and Alys Beach within minutes. Art galleries, amazing restaurants, and unforgettable sunsets await.

It is peaceful, gorgeous and most of all EXTREMELY RELAXING. The condo itself is very spacious with the 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are plush king suites. Glass doors leading to an oversized balcony large enough to dine on and still have another area for lounging. Expansive ocean views from family room and Master as far as can see. The 3rd guestroom offers a unique 'full' size bunk bed 'with' a twin trundle (sleeps 5 if needed). The sofa in the family room folds out. Always a soothing ocean breeze while you watch the sunset and stare at the picturesque dunes. The condo is decorated modern and comfy and very clean line for relaxation. The kitchen is stocked with anything you would need.

This particular unit is situated on the 3rd floor out of 4. There is an elevator for easy access to all floors.

San Remo is a gated community with bike & walking sidewalks that run the length of 30-a. There is a covered lobby drive thru with luggage racks and plenty of parking.

Panama City’s International airport is only a 25 minute drive.

Grocery stores, fabulous restaurants within walking distance and lots of vitamin D awaits.

Our family had a wonderful time staying at this property for 5 nights! Proximity to the private beach, access to the pool, within walking distance of ice cream and the location couldn’t be beat! There was ample space for our family of 5 with 3 young boys, it was really clean, decorated nicely and had all the kitchen gadgets one might need available! Best of all, the view from the balcony overlooking the pond, pool and ocean was simply spectacular. We can’t wait to visit again!

Beautiful condo close to everything!

We have been staying at homes in Santa Rosa for years, but this year we really wanted something right on the beach with a pool that was super convenient for our family with a 4 and 2 year old. This home was just that! Not only was it very convenient getting to the beach with just a short walk down the pier, but it was close enough to walk to gulf place for a drink, dinner, ice cream, etc. and a very easy drive into seaside/grayton. The home itself was perfect for our family. It was very spacious and beautifully decorated. We loved enjoying a glass of wine on the patio after the kids went to bed and listening to the sound of the waves. We would 10/10 recommend and we will be back!

Beautiful condo, great views

Comfortable condo with plenty of space for 3 teenagers and my husband and myself. The location is perfect. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and right on the beach. We love having the pool when you want a little break from the beach. It's so nice to be able to walk back and forth from the condo to the beach quickly for a snack. The views from the balcony are incredible!! We spent a lot of time out there. The workout room has a good amount of equipment and is kept cool. We had an amazing time and hope to be back next year.

Stunning View; Stellar Service

This property will be my choice for all future trips! The small San Remo building, tucked away off 30A, is beautifully maintained and strategically located. We loved so many things: This 3rd floor condo was in a prime viewing location. My pictures look like post cards. The floor plan was idea for our group; the 3/3 arrangement allows everyone their own space but also has a large living, dining, kitchen area for hanging out together. The patio is quite large, with comfortable furniture. The pool and hottub area are very clean and easily accessible. We enjoyed the heated pool in December! Best of all was the service provided by the owner and management team. We had an issue at the beginning of our stay, but they did everything in their power to make accomodations until the permanent fix was made. I can't say enough good things about this team - 5 stars all the way! Thanks again for a fabulous two weeks!!

Just book it!

We were so very happy with our stay at Aquascape! The house was portrayed and the three levels made it perfect for our two families. I had worried about the walk to the beach…but it wasn’t even a walk at all. Literally one minute. The pool was a good size and well used, beds and linens were great. Our only complaint was with beach access, which the owner has no control over, the public beach area was very small, with private beaches on each side. It worked okay for fall break because there weren’t many beachies, but if it was crowded you’d have to go further down to the bigger public access. The house and neighborhood was worth it. Owners were easy to contact and very quick to respond. Wonderful vacation rental.

Just right !

Perfect location and lovely condo for our fanily trip. This condo had everything we needed for the week. Walkable to some of our favorites spots. We ranged in age from 1 -73. We would be thrilled to stay here again. The beach wasn't crowded. The complimentary umbrella and chairs was a plus. On the balcony there were additional chairs and beach things. The pool was the perfect size. The condo was equipped with most items we needed.

This condo is so lovely and comfortable! We had a really great vacation here- so convenient to the the beach, we used the 2 chair set up that comes with the property (heads up the beach valet has lunch from 12-12:30) and we loved just walking out the beach with minimal stuff :) The apartment AC worked great, comfy living room with good TV, an iron, hairdryer, hangers- lots of little touches that make this place feel loved. We will be back!

Great Christmas!

My family and spent Christmas at this property. It was perfect, very clean and comfortable. They even decorated for the holidays in advance. The views were beautiful and easy access to heated pool, hot tub and beach. The weather was a little cooler than usual but still enjoyable. Great location to shops and restaurants. Beautiful views and GREAT location!

Our family really enjoyed our stay here. Communication and check in/out process was super easy, condo was very clean, close to stores and restaurants, and most importantly, access to the pool and beach was one of the best we've had. The views were beautiful, the complimentary 2 chairs and umbrella were great, and we loved the private beach. It wasn't crowded at all, and there weren't many steps to get to the beach so easy to take a wagon. Because of that we'd definitely stay again. There were a few small things that I wouldn't say are complaints, but things to be aware of. They only provide 1 roll of toilet paper/bathroom and 1 paper towel roll (whatever is left - not necessary a full roll), no spices or condiments other than salt and pepper, or bathroom supplies like shampoo. Just something to be aware of. The 2nd master room was a bit small and had a light right outside the window that made the room bright at night. Regardless, we'd stay here again because the location was absolutely excellent! Thank you!

AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!

This unit was so much more than we could have imagined. It was spotless, quiet and had the most beautiful views. The private beach was quiet and the chairs and umbrella were a huge plus. Just a beautiful quiet place. Huge unit with a huge balcony. It was not busy at all and most of the time we had the huge pool to ourselves as well as the beach in the evening. Will 100% be back year after year. We will never look for another place again!

Once you walk in the front door you are greeted with a beautiful view of the emerald coast. Easy walking to restaurants and stores and private beach access. Recommend renting a golf cart to experience all of 30A has to offer

Great visit to 30a!

Our family enjoyed staying here for the week on our first visit to the 30a area! Location is great, very convenient to restaurants and some shops plus easy pool & beach access. The condo was very well decorated and had everything we needed for our stay. The property was well kept & quiet with a beautiful view of the ocean from the oversized balcony. Overall we had an excellent trip & loved our stay!
