Love this house!

We have stayed in my three sons before and loved staying there again! It is such a great house and well managed! Perfect location and set up. We will hopefully get to stay there again!

Perfection!

MyThreeSons was a lovely Seaside home that was comfortable and had everything you could need! The location was a short walk to food trucks, pavilions, community pool and shopping. The bikes provided were easy to use and convenient. I would highly recommend staying here!

FABULOUS IN EVERY WAY!

This was my first time to Seaside Florida and it is now my "go to" place! Beautifully decorated, well equipped kitchen , incredible location, space for everyone! We parked the cars and never got back in them until we left. Just a minute walk to beach, coffee shops, restaurants and shopping. A true gem of a place!

My Three Sons was the perfect home for us! We celebrated the marriage of our daughter at Seaside Chapel then the fabulous reception at the Lyceum Lawn so the home was in the perfect location. We also love the decor and colors of My Three Sons! It's a beautiful Seaside home!

Wonderful place to spend a family vacation. Location was excellent and was within easy walk to the beach, restaurants, pools, shops, etc. Master bedroom mattress needs replacing, but everything else was in great condition. 360 Blue staff were great including Emily, who assisted with the Experience Amenities we took part in. Horseback riding is an experience not to be missed and Yoga on the Beach, was a fabulous way to start a day. We will certainly be back.

We loved all three of the porches and the open living area on the top floor. It was great for relaxing together as a family. We watched several World Cup soccer games together there! We LOVE this house! Brought 6 kids & were so comfortable here. Its clean, bright, roomy & loved the kitchen/dining/living up w/vaulted ceiling. Better than the pictures. Used the outdoor porches, bikes & outdoor shower daily. Location is perfect, very close to town center & short walk/bike ride to beach. Kitchen skillets, pans could use updating but otherwise a perfect stay! We'd rent this house again in a second. 360 Blue staff was very helpful & professional too!!

It's a great location, cozy, clean and fits our family of 6. My favorite part is the 2nd floor balcony! We spend a lot of time there as it offers a breeze and you feel like you are perched in a tree house. The kitchen is small, but it's all we need for a week. The living area is decorated beautifully!

This house was close to the center of town and a few minutes walk to the beach and the pool. We loved the screened in porch and having our morning coffee outside as well as lunch. The kitchen was almost too small for two people to be working there at the same time. Pantry storage space was very limited. The street was quiet and the beds were comfortable.

My Three Sons Seaside week 2016 was one for the books! The house was darling and a much needed vacation for this busy family! It was my parents 50th Wedding Anniversary so it was extra special. We've been coming to Seaside for 20 yrs. and the Seagrove area for many more before that and this was by far our favorite year. The home was immaculate, peaceful and ready for fun! 360 Blue Properties made this vacation a breeze. I love the mobile app and have already been planning our return. The only complaint we have is that the week flew by way too fast!

We enjoyed our time at My Three Sons. We had 6 in our party. The bunk room was perfect for multiple kids. The large room upstairs was so comfortable. The porches were relaxing to sit and visit with family. The master bed was very comfortable. We liked how quiet it was on Forest Street. It was nice to be away from the busy town square. You were still only a few minutes walk to the beach. We would definitely stay here again. We had a few questions as one does when you go somewhere. 360 Blue Properties has been our favorite management company to rent from. The App is amazing. Thanks for a wonderful vacation.

Reviewer Comments: My husband and I along with our two grown children, daughter-in-law and our 14 month old granddaughter had a wonderful vacation in Seaside staying at My Three Sons! Everything was clean and very comfortable. If there was anything that could be needed it would be a baby gate at the top of the stairs. From the pictures I saw at booking I knew we would need one so I brought one with us but I can see that’s something that could easily be forgotten.
