Amazing

We loved everything about this home and location, it really worked perfect for our family with adult kids. The beds were very comfortable and definitely one of the cleanest homes we have rented on 30 A!

Beware that despite this house is title “heated private pool” there is an extra charge to heat the pool and both the property manager and Vrbo were unwilling to address this misleading title of the home.

Beautiful stay

Property was perfect for us as a family with teens. Pool was nice, although cold while we were there, brrr. Porches were great and we easily spent more time there than inside. Walk to the beach is a little farther than 5 min but it’s flat and easy walking. Kids rode bikes back and forth. House was clean, had everything we needed and perfect for a fall getaway.

Wishing our Endless Sunset Lasted Longer!

Family of 6 - adults & teens… Great space, location, communication, and very clean! We arrived HOURS early and were able to get into the house right away which was awesome! We paid to heat the pool and it was warm enough to comfortably swim at night but refreshing enough during the day. (Could have been vacuumed a bit better, but was still wonderful!) Was worried when I read the square footage online - thought the rooms may be cramped - not at all! We’ve stayed on 30A multiple times and this one did not disappoint - hard to go wrong in this area!

Relaxing

Where the house is located makes for relaxing and enjoyable stay! No traffic or people noise. House was clean and fit our family of 5 great. We did find beds harder then we like. Enough basic items to set you up for a day or so. Pool was perfect for none beach days and evening swims. Pool deck was dirty and most chairs where broken. We found the walk to the beach easy. Parking is extremely limited. Public beach access is limited. A lot of people in a small area of public beach. If you like staying in this area I would definitely recommend this home.

We had a great time, the home was great and actually better than pictures and description in terms of location and proximity to beach.

Great Location

Ok it was a great location only a 6 minute walk to the beach with limited parking at the beach access the walk wasn’t bad at all. The property is older but kept up really well but in one part of the listing it says queen bed but in the 2nd part of the listing it says King Master bedroom in which i thought it was a king bed in that particular room but it’s a queen bed no problem but maybe want to update that information. The communication was good with the property managers When we had an issue with the fridgerator, the fridge was in demo mode and it didn’t get cold Saturday And Sunday in which our food went bad because it wasn’t cool anymore but they walked me through on how turn it back on Sunday afternoon Which sucked because we spent about $100 on food But overall the stay was great. I would recommend this place and would stay there again in the future. Thanks ocean reef!
