Absolutely perfect accommodations! I wish there was curtains to draw at night for more privacy, but there weren't a ton of people walking by our first floor condo so it worked out just fine.

Perfect location

We had the best time with our family of 3! Being right on beach was spectacular and we enjoyed being able to rent chairs and umbrella! Pool was clean and nice plus after a hot day at the beach! The kitchen was well stocked !!

We have stayed at this property and really like it. It is clean, well stocked, and very comfortable bed and living area. We like that we could get beach chair service too. The beach is gorgeous.

A Memorable & Lovely Spring Break

My significant other and I had a fantastic time. The condo is beautiful, very clean and well equipped. We really enjoyed the fireplace, as we visited in early spring and it provided a cozy ambiance in the evenings. The view was spectacular, we sat out on the back patio every night and watched the amazing sunsets. However, the only criticism I have is that the building itself isn't very sound-proof. We could hear our upstairs neighbors constantly walking around. (For some reason they arrived at 1am Sun night & shuffled around until 4am, which was rather annoying) Fortunately, we were in the off season and there weren't any neighbors on either side of us & we enjoyed quite a bit of privacy, but, I'd imagine in high season it might be a little busy & loud for the price point of all the condos on the ground floor. Otherwise the location in proximity to the little town and condo itself are wonderful!

September Stay

Property was very clean and well decorated. Location is great with all places including the beach. It would have been nice to have had more notice about sidewalk and entry way construction taking place. We also missed complimentary beach service that we had had at other close locations. Also wished the sliding glass doors had window coverings for night time.

Had a wonderful week

Location was great. It was so nice to be on the first floor and walk right out the back door, down the steps and to the beach. Management company was so responsive and kind. Lots of towels and the bed was very comfortable. The only thing I would say is I wish there were curtains for the back doors at night. But even that wasn’t a deal breaker for us. We’ll totally be back!

Chic Beach Retreat

The property was exactly as stated, and the ease of access to the beach was fabulous! There is a water spigot with a hose on the porch which allows for rinsing off sandy feet and chairs. The complex is small, so the beach was not crowded. I am already looking forward to a return visit!

Beautiful condo!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. The location is great and the beach is not too overly crowded. The condo is beautiful and has a great view of the gulf. It was easy access to the beach. The company that rents out this condo was very friendly and kept in contact to check on us. We really appreciated that. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful beachfront condo

Fantastic beachfront condo, beautifully decorated. Kitchen has more cookware/amenities than the VRBO rentals we have booked previously. Comfortable bed and plenty of clothing storage. Great view every morning looking out at the beach and gulf. Great location, the beach was not overly crowded. Somewhat easier checkout procedure than most VRBO rentals. The nit-picky negatives: Beach towels not provided (first beachfront property we rented that did not provide beach towels) Beach chairs not provided (we purchased 2 and left them at the property for future guests) Beach umbrella was not listed on the amenities but a previous guest must have purchased one and left it on the property, we used it every day Property management company was not able provide info on the coffee maker, we brought the wrong coffee filters (the photo of the coffee maker in the property description is not the coffee maker in the condo)

Beautiful setting

We had a lovely week at this condo in April, and it was nice and quiet in comparison to other areas nearby. Beach was never overwhelming or crowded. There is a fantastic view from the patio, and the bed was really comfortable.

Seagrove Location

Overall, this was a nice condo on the beach in Seagrove right in the middle of 30A. We reported to the management company that one of the upholstered living room chairs was dirty where previous renters had laid their hands. It needed to be cleaned. The bathroom is fairly small. The kitchen is nice and had everything we needed, except a pitcher. The sunsets are gorgeous! All you have to do is walk outside on the patio! Publix is nearby, as are numerous restaurants. The beach is right outside the condo and down three flights of steps. Overall, it was a nice condo.

Serenity at its best!

This property was perfect! Just as it was described in the listing. Right on the beach! It was immaculate and beautifully decorated. All of the restaurants in the area were delicious. Everyone we encountered was nice and friendly. We are already looking forward to our next trip!

Fine Villas 2A

This is a beautiful, I dated confo. It has an outstanding view and is a great place for a couple. We loved everything, but the tv Chanel’s. Maintenance came out to help us with the two remotes. Although, we figured out how to use them, the Chanel’s selected by the owner are very limited. It was disappointing at the end of the day to have no entertainment on tv. However, Give Star Properties is exceptional. They tried to hel us in every way.
