You’ve hit vacation gold with this lovely, three-bedroom home, within walking distance of several beach access points and Hwy. 30A, lined with shops and restaurants. Hop on one of the provided bikes and cruise 30A via the parallel Timpoochee Trail, just down the street. If you want to explore further afield, it’s an easy drive to state parks, golf courses, and more. You’ll also have access to two community pools, one heated.

At home, enjoy morning coffee on the oversized front porch, furnished with several Adirondack rocking chairs. Inside, you’ll find an open, light-filled living space featuring modern furnishings, hardwood floors, and lots of space to gather. The chef will love the full kitchen’s stainless steel appliances and ample counter space, and little helpers will love perching at the breakfast bar to taste test. After a family meal at the large dining table, step out to explore. When you return, toss the day’s beach gear in the washer/dryer for a quick refresh, then relax in the central AC while you watch some TV or head upstairs to the balcony with some sweet tea and a good book. Fire up the gas grill for an easy family dinner, then drift off to sleep in any of the well-appointed bedrooms - another gorgeous 30A day awaits tomorrow.

Check-in was easy, breezy. The home is spacious. clean, the kitchen is fully-equipped. It's a very lovely home on a quiet street. It's close to the pool, and a short walk to the beach. The home had everything we needed for our vacation and was perfectly clean and decorated. The bikes were a wonderful addition and available with just the sign of a waiver. We highly recommend Deer Lake Park Beach for quiet and secluded beach access.

Pro perty was beautiful. I do think you need to have additional supples on hand such as extra garbage bags. Also the house information book needs a map of the area, a list of places to visit, area shopping, and a warning about the lack of parking at the shopping areas (not talking about food shopping). Also a list of restaurants.

Great spot for a short stay

Location is great for beach access and a short stay. House is very well equipped with an excellent outside grill. Outside needs updating. A bit of a ride to get to various town and different restaurants. Definitely recommend this property.

Perfect!

This house was more than enough for me and my two kids. Large open spaces and lots of accommodations on a nicely tree-lined street. Just a block walk to pool and 2 blocks to the beach. Would definitely stay here again. The only complain was that I had to refill the propane myself for the grill (still waiting on a credit for that).Otherwise, this place was perfect!

Nice but needs maintenance

Nice house and in a good location. The beach access is small and numerous people were packed in. When we arrived, there was a woman still working. We arrived at our allotted check in time. The front porch would be nice to sit on but the plants are overgrown by the sidewalk and there was zero sun. Also, the main shower drain was clogged. We had to buy draino the first day. The trash from the previous group had not been emptied outside and we had no room for our trash bags in the cans outside. Overall it was a nice enough place it just needs more attention.

We love staying on Ryan Street in Summer’s Edge. The short walk to the beach is easy and the 2 pools were refreshing after sitting in the hot sun. The house had everything we needed. The kitchen is very well stocked. The bikes were a lot of fun and a nice addition. Besides a Kuering and broom the thing this house could use most is more comfortable seating in the living and bigger tv for movie nights. Our family enjoyed the house, beach and the area and would stay here again!

Great Vacation

Location perfect. Nice shaded street and no through traffic. Short walk to pool and beach. You do not have to cross 30a. Perfect spot for a family vacation. 2 suggestions. Need a broom to sweep porch and floors and it’s need a keurig. Definitely would recommend and hope to visit again

Perfect Location!

We loved the location and cleanliness of this house! It was very convenient to get to and from the beach and pool with our infant, and the neighborhood was lovely. The house had a beach wagon which was not included in the description. Master bedroom had a nicely updated bed and bath, and overall we had a great experience. One thing to note is that the twin room didn't have the sturdy beds that they showed in the photographs. Beds were definitely not ideal for adult sized people (even small adults). Overall, would stay here again - it was a lovely place!
