Welcome to 30A Blue Sky Breeze a gorgeous beachside unit at Cassine Station in Seagrove. Located in the low density complex of Cassine Station.  One of the hallmarks of this beach home is the expansive balcony where you have gulf views and can oftentimes enjoy the sounds of waves crashing.  Upon entering this home, you are greeted by an open floor plan in view of the kitchen, dining room, living room and porch, with abundant natural light. The master bedroom with a king bed, the guest room with 2 full beds, and the bunk room with a twin over full bunk, the baths also offer a plentiful amount of space, providing that much appreciated peaceful evening after a nice day on the beach. Cassine Station, although lower density, is part of the Cassine master development and offers on-site tennis courts, your choice of 2 pools, a nature trail through a native cypress forest, a pond, picnic areas, basketball court and a sunset viewing deck.

Beautiful apartment with 3rd floor views of 30A, within walking distance to the beach with easy access. It was clean and well-stocked. It was a little loud during Spring Break with sound from the other apartments around us, but there’s nothing the owners can do about that.

This truly was just across the street from the beach access. My handicapped mom was able to walk there and walk down the long ramp rather than the stairs to reach the beach easily. The building has an elevator which was a great help too. The condo is perfectly comfortable and lovely with a big wrap around balcony with a view (not a huge view) of the water. The bedrooms are spacious with plenty of storage space. Only the bunk room is small but adequate and still equipped with tv and a dresser. We had a wonderful time riding bikes up and down 30 A to Seaside, Grayton Beach State Park, etc. We would definitely stay again.

Other than a few minor things living room sofa table needs attention before it hurts someone hallway hutch should be mounted to wall, other than those two safety issues everything about this place was fantastic a great location great place

Location was great. The place is very nice. We enjoyed the location to the beach. The pizza place next door and the ice cream shop below were great. Mexican Restaurant was also nice to walk to.
