Home Sweet Home: A Note From The Homeowner- We bought WaterCastle with another family years ago and couldn’t be happier! From the moment we stepped inside, it felt like it was meant for us. It’s the kind of place where the pace slows, and fun starts right away. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach, Beach Club, and biking trails. We love being close to restaurants and shopping, especially the Wine Bar for pizza and drinks, with The Candy Shop next door for the kids. The Boathouse Pool and marina are around the corner, offering paddleboarding, sunsets, and pool time. We also enjoy taking the bikes or golf cart to Camp WaterColor, the tennis and pickleball courts, or Seaside. Inside, we’ve created spots that fit our rhythm—ping pong in the garage, porch hangs, game nights, and lazy breakfasts at the kitchen island. The house had charm from day one, and over time, we’ve made it our own. The neighborhood is friendly, laid-back, and full of people who love it here. WaterCastle is our place to reconnect, relax, and create lasting memories.
