This beach house was created for capturing memories. No need to worry about anything from beach towels to family games. We’ve got you stocked. The entire home is impeccably kept with a resort feel in mind. And the backyard is fully private and where you’ll likely spend most of your days…. If you’re not at the beach.



Dune Allen is considered laid back old Florida. We have numerous trails, coastal lakes and dunes, and jaw dropping beaches. You'll love being walking distance to the beach, yet tucked away from the traffic of 30A.

This is a perfect home for multi-family gatherings, retreats, and coastal celebrations. Perhaps a bridal party getaway or that family reunion you've been meaning to plan. The entire backyard is private.

Pool area/deck includes ice maker, grille, two TVs, two refrigerators, outdoor bathroom, and outdoor room stocked with rafts, beach, and pool toys, corn hole, and plenty of space.

Beach Access: Dune Allen is the closest beach access, just six blocks away.
