Annual 30A Visit

My large family ranging from 3 years old to 80 years old was very comfortable in this house and we loved every minute of our vacation. There was ample seating in the living and dining for everyone. We loved the close proximity to the beach and the beautiful views from the patios. We took full advantage of the private beach everyday

Beautiful view

The views were outstanding, the master bedroom was large with a great view, the kitchen island was large which was good for meals. Compared to other VRBO properties we have rented this location had less supplies. There was construction going on across the street that we should have been notified about prior to coming. Some of our guest drove in from Milwaukee and the loud hammering started at 8am. We used the heated pool most days.

Amazing Home!

If you want a house on a beach, this is the one! Gated community and easy access to beach! Located in the perfect spot with little traffic and only minutes away from restaurants and shopping! Loved our trip!

Perfect Place

This is the first time in a few years we have all got to go to the beach together. This house worked out great for us. The house is beautiful, the beds are very comfortable, everything was very clean and well stocked. It was on the beach and the private beach was awesome! Location was fabulous! You can go either way and be in Destin or Panama City in no time! Highly recommend and hopefully we will be going back!! 10 out of 10!!!

Fun in the sun

We had a terrific time, but a few things to make it better for the next folks. A vacuum on each floor would be great, kids said a fan in bunk room would be good, trash receptacle in kitchen has to be bigger, there was a pod Keurig in ,itches, wish we’d known, laundry room baseboards dirty and I think for what the house cost a paint can propping the door is tacky. Loved the location, the layout for our family worked well.

Amazing view

The house is beautiful and the view is amazing. We had 13 people staying at the house and it fit us all very well. The kitchen was nicely equipped and worked well for our large group. Having extra beach/pool towels was very helpful. The pool was very nice, it wasn't heated the first couple of days of our stay but it was fixed within a few days. One of my favorite things about the house was the deck, it had amazing views but it was also very nicely furnished with plenty of seating. The gas grill was also great to have. We would definitely stay here again.

Beach trip

We had the best experience, with the entire stay. The beds were the most comfortable beds (outside of our own), and little things like that make such a huge difference. The house was clean, we loved the private beach, and had one of the best trips we’ve ever had at the beach. Thank you so much for making it a great stay for me and my family.

The location of this property was amazing. The private beach was super nice with no crowd. The house could have been cleaner, there was mold growing on the a/c vents, it wasn’t horrible but we wouldn’t stay there again.

Beautiful but comfortable

This property was a perfect blend of lovely architecture/decor and comfort. My family felt very comfortable in the home as it had everything we needed for our family (ages 13-78) and more but the property was also quite pretty. The location was convenient to everything but still private; it was almost like a world within another world. The property manager was attentive and communicated well with us. We would certainly recommend this property!
