Hot house and unacceptable customer service
Air conditioning was broken, but we were not told prior to arrival. The window units were there when we arrived, but they didn’t effectively cool the house. The house never got below 80 degrees. We could not speak to management, and we were unable to get a refund. We should have been contacted prior to arrival and offered a complete refund. Terrible customer service.
