Age Requirement:

The booking guest must be at least 21 years of age and must be present throughout the entire stay.

Smoking & Vaping:

Absolutely no smoking or vaping in or around the property.

Parking:

Parking is permitted only in designated areas. Please do not park on the grass.

Trash & Cleanliness:

Please ensure all trash is bagged, placed inside the provided trash cans, and that lids are fully closed. No loose bags should be left outside of the bins.

Beach Gear:

Use the hose provided to rinse off any beach gear before storing it neatly in the garage. Please do not bring beach gear inside the house.

Pets:

Pets are welcome with restrictions.
No cats permitted.
No aggressive breeds.
No dogs over 50 lbs.
A non-refundable pet fee is required.

Deliveries:

We are unable to accept mail or package deliveries at the property. Please use the nearest postal storefront or package center for any deliveries.
