Flipper’s Retreat is a quaint, two story beach cottage located in the Serenity at Dune Allen community. From the moment you walk through the door of this luxury home, you are immediately immersed in a calming atmosphere. Coastal blues and neutrals are found throughout the home and the first floor living area is there to provide comfort after a long day. The kitchen bar and dining area are large enough to seat a crowd, so have all the group gather in the morning for brunch. The kitchen is fit for a chef, as it features bright white cabinetry and stainless steel appliances..

The first floor master bedroom is bright and airy with large windows. There is a king bed and the adjoining master bathroom is complete with a double vanity and large walk in shower. The laundry area and a half bath round out the remaining first floor area.

The second floor boasts another master bedroom with a king bed and an en suite bath, featuring a double vanity and walk in shower. There is also a cozy bonus area that features two brand new arcade machines! The remaining guest bedrooms feature a queen bed and two twin beds as well as a guest bath with a tub/shower combo.

The back patio area is paved and includes ample seating options as well as a BBQ grill. Sit outdoors awhile and relax or head over to the large community pool just across the street. There is also a golf cart included with the property, so take a short ride to the beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and let all your worries be washed away!
