The property is situated in a nice section of Santa Rosa Beach, not to close to the center and traffic and not too far for a quick run to the convenience store, many restaurants and very close the beach. Great pool and hot tub, the house is stocked with bikes, paddle boards, beach chairs, and a golf cart
