Home was perfect for our family of 4 (dad, mom, two boys under 10). Great proximity to the beach and most anywhere you’d like to go on 30A. You can tell the owners take care of the property and are working to make upgrades (upgraded guest bathroom). Overall, a great place!

Joy and Tom's condo on 30A was absolutely amazing. The unit was clean and well furnished with everything you'd need for vacation, including beach chairs, umbrella, and lots of kid toys. The community pool was always clean too. The proximity to Seaside, Rosemary Beach, and all the numerous shops and restaurants in between was a huge plus -- we rented bikes to get around which was fun and convenient. The nearby Eastern Lake was beyond incredible; the lake is connected to the gulf by a shared beach, so you could go back and forth for an experience you'll never forget. Lastly, Joy and Tom were great hosts and immediately responded to all of our questions. The only downside was that the beach right in front of the unit was private, so while we could access the beach by walking less than 1 minute, we had to walk 1,000 feet in either direction to reach a public area to setup our gear. There was a free shuttle from the unit to the public beaches, but we didn't mind just walking along the water line.

Wonderful, relaxing stay!

This condo is perfectly located and a true home away from home. Things such a shelf in the kitchen to store groceries, command hooks in the shower for bathing suits, beach chairs and toys provided and the comfortable seating on the balcony make this the perfect place. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and hope to return!
