It is a charming villa between sea and mountain located in Balagne, very beautiful region of Corsica which combines the pleasures of the sea and mountainside villages. It is available for rent only a few weeks in the summer. If you want more information than the ones given in this announcement, you can reach me at 06/81/45/00/91. Comfortable villa with private pool (10 x 4 m), tastefully decorated, 4 bedrooms, large terrace of 60 m2, landscaped garden of nearly 2,000 m2 with beautiful olive trees and a ball field very friendly!
You can relax by the pool enjoying a magnificent circular view of the sea, Cap Corse, the Ile-Rousse Valley, the surrounding villages and the mountain (sun loungers, double bench, hammock ).
The house is located at the end of the hamlet of Palmento (Santa Reparata di Balagna), quiet and only 10 minutes from the beaches of L'Île-Rousse, Bodri and Ghjunchitu, 15 minutes from the beaches of Lozari and Algajola and 25 minutes from the beaches of Ostriconi and Calvi. The roads to access the beaches also benefit from very beautiful points of view.

Maison merveilleuse - un séjour magique !

Un séjour magique ! Les propriétaires de cette magnifique maison nous ont reçu avec une telle gentillesse que nous nous sommes sentis chez nous. Leur maison est splendide, avec un supplément d'âme, et un parfait confort. Nous étions deux familles (quatre adultes et quatre enfants), et chaque famille avait son espace, ce qui était idéal. Les chambres sont climatisées, la literie est excellente. Les salles de bain parfaites. La piscine est très belle et chaude, avec une belle vue mer, et les repas du soir se font sur une belle terrasse ombragée. Il y a une grande bibliothèque, et tout est fait pour qu'on se sente bien. Laure, la propriétaire nous a donné d'excellentes adresses, et c'était un bonheur de découvrir la sublime Balagne et l'Ile Rousse. Merci encore pour cette semaine de rêve !

Retour pour la seconde fois dans ce Paradis étoilé, dans la quiétude de ta maison, Laure, que nous avons retrouvée avec un très grand plaisir ! A 2 comme à 7, adultes ou grands ado, les avis sont unanimes ! Que dire, que tu ne saches déjà, que pour nous c’est devenu notre petit bout du monde, notre havre de paix, assis tout simplement à regarder le jeu sans fin de la lumière! Pour de futurs occupants: à choisir les yeux fermés !

Wir (2 Familien) genossen den Aufenthalt sehr: traumhafter Blick (jeden Tag entdeckt man neue Perspektiven), herrlicher Garten (jeder findet einen Rückzugsort), sehr geschmackvoll und liebevoll eingerichtete Innenräume (alles da, was man braucht), schönes Pool mit fantastischem Blick. Das alles so gemütlich und wunderbar ist verdankt man der Besitzerin Frau Courmes. Ihr ist es ein Anliegen, dass ihre Gäste sich wohlfühlen, das merkt man und spürt man. Es war ein fantastischer Aufenthalt, besser gehts nicht.

Une maison où on se sent bien! Le sens du détail en plus!

Très belle semaine passée en compagnie de nos amis. La maison permet à chacun d'avoir son indépendance. Et quelle vue mes amis! Assis à la longue table sous la terrasse, face à la baie de l'île rousse, à droite le clocher d'un village perché nous rappelle que c'est l'heure du pastis! Un saut dans la belle piscine, une partie de boules, villages, mer et montagnes tout proches. Et le sens du détail de Laure, la propriétaire. Petites gourmandises à notre arrivée, savon, shampooing, petite bouteille d'eau dans chaque chambre, bougie sur la terrasse... Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.. mais attention dans les virages des routes corses!!;)

Une semaine dont on se souviendra

Une maison sympathique et pratique oû l'on se sent tout de suite bien, très au calme. A deux pas de l'Ile Rousse, avec une vue splendide depuis la terrasse, très agréable, vaste et ombragée dès la fin de matinée. Un accueil de la propriétaire très personnel et cordial que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Nous étions 3 couples et 2 enfants; l'avis est unanime.

exceptionnel, incroyable! Entre ciel et mer, un petit paradis ou nous reviendrons c'est certain

Un endroit inoubliable entre ciel et mer, une terrasse sur laquelle on a envie de rester indéfiniment, a observer les changements de lumière. Se lever tôt le matin se coucher tard le soir pour toujours saisir ces changements! Une maison très soignée, dans laquelle rien ne manque, où la chaleur de l'accueil de Laure a rivalisé avec la chaleur extérieure, ce qui n'était pas peu dire. Merci pour tous les conseils, les bonnes adresses de restaurant qui ont fait de notre séjour un moment magique! Et aussi merci Laure, pour ta gentillesse et la merveilleuse balade que nous avons faite sur le toit de la Balagne!

Un séjour inoubliable dans un cadre magnifique

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux entre amis dans cette villa qui jouit d'une vue superbe sur la mer, la montagne et les villages voisins. La maison est très bien agencée avec ses quatre chambres spacieuses et toutes équipées de placards et rangements. Chacune est décorée avec goût et nous avons été sensibles au charme des objets de décoration qui ont tous une histoire. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous dès le premier jour et n'avons eu à manquer de rien. La maison est très bien équipée et le fait que le linge de maison et les produits de première nécessité soient fournis apporte un confort supplémentaire. La piscine est tout simplement parfaite et offre des moments de détente et de partage que nous n'oublierons pas tout comme les parties de pétanque. Le jardin est joliment fleuri et très bien entretenu. La réussite de ce séjour tient aussi beaucoup à l'accueil de la propriétaire Mme Courmes qui a fait preuve de nombreuses attentions, de disponibilité et de gentillesse. La villa est idéalement située entre mer et montagne pour découvrir la balagne. On accède aisément à de nombreux petits villages charmants et aux principales plages. Un sans faute pour nous. Nous recommandons particulièrement cette location.

Deuxième séjour très réussi !

Nous sommes revenus quelques jours et n'avons pas été déçus. C'est vraiment une maison où il fait bon vivre : le petit-déjeuner avec vue sur le Cap Corse, les moments de farniente au bord de la piscine... Sans oublier les balades dans les villages, les baignades dans la mer... Je pense qu'il y aura une 3e édition !
