Welcome to this large vacation villa with private pool in Gran Alacant.



This beautiful villa welcomes up to six adults and two small children. It is very spacious and offers plenty of room to relax, but it stands out especially for its wonderful outdoor area. In your private garden you can relax on sun loungers by your pool and enjoy the wonderful weather of the Costa Blanca all day long. The large pool will offer you many fun opportunities. On the partly covered terraces you can have meals together and end the day with a glass of wine.



The villa is located near one of the best beaches of the Costa Blanca, Playa del Carabassí. Here you can spend wonderful days swimming, relaxing and walking.



Alicante, with its wonderful historical sights and museums, is less than half an hour away. You can reach the historic Murcia in less than an hour drive. Here you can visit the beautiful cathedral, stroll through the old town and spend a relaxing day.

This villa was amazing, perfect size and exactly what we were looking for. We were already familiar with the area as we have stayed close by a few years ago. The property manger was excellent with communication, we were able to check in as soon as we landed so earlier than advertised and we could also check out later as there wasn’t another booking that day. There was a slight issue with ants, but that is no faultOf the property / property manager, ants could be seen all over Gran Alacant, Alicante & Santa Pola.All bedrooms had their own bathrooms, kitchen had washing machine and dishwasher so excellent facilities, like home from home. Air Con in every bedroom & in the lounge and the pool was the perfect temperature. Would highly recommend and would definitely revisit in the future.

Not clean and video cameras in the property and poolside

We have stayed in Gran Alacant several times but this is the first time I have had to leave a negative review. The property was dirty, there was rubbish under the beds from the previous occupants, what looked like dry blood on the wall, surface dust everywhere. The pool was dirty and it was only cleaned 4 days into our stay, there were 2 cameras that we could see - 1 at the poolside and 1 in the living room, this was an invasion of our privacy and if it was stated in the listing I'd have booked elsewhere. You should avoid this property, I don't mind paying for cleaning but this place was definitely not cleaned prior to our arrival. Very disappointed and will not be coming back
