Lovely receptionist room was ready early so could get in at 11am instead of 3 which was great, lively and clean room abit dated but fine for the price brill location comfy beds complimentary water on arrival

Reasonable hotel more on position than standards

Well positioned right on the beach and within an easy walk of numerous food and drink options. Comfortable bed, pillows and bedding. Reasonable breakfast. Only negative, every surface was hard so noise transfer was awful, every chair dragged or sliding door opened or closed passed through the whole hotel. Walls are paper thin too, so every noise from adjoining rooms is heard. I wouldn't stay here again for that reason alone.

This hotel has the best location in Santa Polo, right on the beach, metres from marina, restaurants, castle and town centre. Absolutely loved it, sure to be back.

Location is superb - right on the beach yet only 5 minutes from the Castillo in the town centre - close to bars and restaurants and a good starting point for walks along the seafront to east and west. The staff are very helpful and English is spoken.

Hotel centrally located, right on beach.

Originally assigned room on 2nd floor, with street view. Requested change to higher floor and beach view. Was told change would cost 5 Euros more per day. When check-out time came, was told I owed 11 Euros extra per day...made for some uncomfortable moments. In the end, the 15 Euros, extra, for three days, was accepted, though had to be quite assertive w/front desk staff.
