Horrible experience

Unkempt, patio doors didn't lock security wasn't good. Miles from anywhere, as we didn't have a car, the distances to walk are too far, as mum and myself are disabled, the house was on four floors, which again was difficult, for my mum and myself, also we had small children with us, so the amount of stairs was difficult for them. The house wasn't cleaned during our stay. We had to pay extra, for Electric and bedding & towels, once Lola had met us at the accommodation, we didn't hear or see her again! and then she had the cheek to say we owed more money?!

El alojamiento bien pero habían muchas cosas que no nos informaron, por otra parte habían dos teles de la casa que no se veían, la potencia de electricidad era baja y no se podía poner varios equipos a la vez, habían cucarachas
