Beautiful house in urb. international

Beautiful and cozy two-story house with terrace and solarium where to enjoy the Alicante temperature. It is located in a quiet residential area with pool and tennis court. Very close to sandy beaches and entertainment area and servicios.'

Detached house of 3 floors. It includes, on the ground floor, large terrace of 15 m2, living room, equipped kitchen and bathroom. Also it has a small terrace where you can cook on the outdoor barbecue. On the first floor are two double bedrooms (one with double bed and one with two beds) and spacious bathroom. At the top of the house, you can enjoy the sun. Internet connection available with fiber optics.

The house is in a quiet residential area of ​​international environment with parking, three pools of different sizes (adults, children and babies), gardens, children's playground and sports court (football, basketball, tennis). The public sports hall is 50 meters where you also find paddle tennis courts. The market of Gran Alacant is situated next to the complex (open Thursdays and Sundays).

Very close to sandy beaches (5 minutes drive) and leisure and services with international atmosphere (3 minute walk). Spacious parks and areas for walking, running, walking paths near the sea and cycling routes. International food supermarkets a few meters. The setting is exceptional located between the cities of Alicante and Elche, next to the airport.

The ski bus to Alicante, Santa Pola and airport is 1. 4 km (approx. 15 min walk). taxi or car is recommended (the parking space is included).

Peaceful retreat!

My 2nd time here. As usual Jorge was very helpful. I would happily recommend this place and will definitely visit again in the future. See last year’s review for full details! Gran Alacant is a fairly quiet resort (no hotels or nightclubs). More like a small town but perfect for a relaxing holiday. Good amenities & a beautiful beach and the house is a great place to stay & explore the area.

Lovely house in a great location!

The house was lovely. Very clean & comfortable. It is in a peaceful location on the Brisa Mar urbanisation, only 10 minutes in a taxi from the airport. Jorge the owner was very helpful. Nice touches like croissants & juice on arrival, which we were grateful for after a 3 hour flight delay! The pool area is brilliant & lovely and warm. 2 good supermarkets & plenty of restaurants within walking distance, but also near a bus stop if you need it. The beach was about 1.5 miles away and uphill to walk back but okay if you're fit! (The bus goes past it as well). I stayed with my teenage sons and although it is quiet there is enough to keep them occupied. It was a short walk to the Santa Pola lighthouse and civil war bunkers which are worth a look. There is a skywalk viewing bridge at the top of the cliffs, all set in a nature reserve. The wifi at the house was good (the kids never moaned about it!). I would definitely recommend booking this house, and would happily go back there. A lovely home in a relaxing resort with everything you need for a great holiday.
