Ask for a room that is not in front of the elevator, or it’s bell won’t let you sleep. Definitely not soundproof. The hotel was absolutely full, which made service kinda slow. Too many people selling on the beach. The beach is beautiful and this is the best hotel in the area of Bello Horizonte near Santa Marta. Breakfast is really good with many local options.

Todos los empleados del hotel son excelentes. Muy amables y serviciales. El hotel resplandece de la limpieza. Es imposible relajarse en la playa con tantos vendedores. He estado en mucho hoteles en Mejico, Republica Dominicana, Jamaica y otros lugares y me parecio abrumador el decontrol de los vendedores ambulantes. Por esta razon el turismo intermacional podria escoger otros lugares donde pudieran disfrutar de la playa en mas calma y paz.

Terrible service, refused us a room becouse we did not have my 8yr old sons passport with us! They took our money and refused to refund us.

The rooms have very poor msintenance....customer service is almost inexistentent wben customets have a problem. ...nobody respind including managers. The hotel messrd all our father day schedule due to the safety boxrs were bsd maintained. Snd nobody reacted on time.

We have been to Santa Marta numerous times. This was our first stay at Irotana. We loved it. It was by far and away the best hotel we have stayed at. Beautiful beach, four pools, clean and comfortable bohio, great restaurants. Wonderful!

Nice resort with beautiful pool! We really enjoyed our stay. Nothing like fresh snapper with your toes in the sand.

Had room fumigated twice for ant and spiders. Food and staff at Coco was sent substandard.

Excelente el servicio, todo el personal comprometido con hacer sentir al huesped feliz, desde el conductor de la buseta , los botones y en restaurantes.

La nueva administración tiene muchos cambios que perdieron del anterior irotama, para ser un hotel all inclusive lo mínimo es que se tenga una variedad en jugos pero lastimosamente solo tenía 4 jugos, las mismas frutas durante una semana eso cansa y en mi opinión eso no hace un hotel all inclusive más variedad en los jugos sobre todo en un país como Colombia que tiene mucha variedad de frutas

Excelente atención (Hilda en recepción), restaurantes y bares...comida deliciosa , playa hermosa y limpia...y una super piscina...volveremos

Disfrute mucho de la playa y las piscinas del hotel, la comida muy rica pero me pareció algo costosa. El personal del hotel es muy amable. Estuve bien atendida.
