You'll be asked to pay these charges at the property:

• Cleaning fee: COP 115000 per accommodation, per stay
• You may be required to pay VAT (19%) at the property. Nonresident travelers who pay using a foreign card or bank transfer and present a valid passport and tourist visa may be exempt from value-added tax (19%) on tourist package bookings (accommodation plus other travel service).
• Resort fee: COP 12000 per person, per stay
