Splendida esperienza

L'appartamento è ampio, con un gradevolissimo spazio esterno: veranda arredata, giardino curato, posto auto comodo e una vista incantevole. Ottima e cortese accoglienza. Gli spazi interni sono ben organizzati.

Wir haben uns bei Giovanni und Angela sehr wohl gefühlt. das Haus war schön und wir genossen jeden Abend die gemütliche Terasse mit Meerblick. Trotz unserer Sprachbarrieren war Giovanni sehr um unser wohl bemüht und wir hätten uns gerne mehr mit diesem liebenswürdigen Vermieter unterhalten. es war auf jeden Fall ein erholsamer , wunderschoener Urlaub.

Tutto perfetto

Porzione di casa molto bella e totalmente indipendente , con accesso , giardino e doccia esterna privata. Tutto molto curato e Vanni... proprietario gentile , disponibile , premuroso e generoso ( siccome non aveva prenotazioni per i giorno successivi ai nostri ci ha regalato 2 notti in più) . Posizione tranquilla con vista stupenda da un terrazzo ampio , coperto e ornato da bouganvillae . A 3-4 minuti a piedi dal mare . Più di così.... Per una volta sono state superate le nostre aspettative.

La veduta rilassante.

Si è proprio così, il panorama che si può ammirare dalla terrazzina e dall'ampia vetrata del salone in tutte le sue sfaccettature, ti accompagna per tutto il periodo del soggiorno, è parte integrale della vacanza (vedrete ne sentirete la mancanza). Fa da padrone la tranquillità ma la posizione è strategica, il paesino è carino e si possono raggiungere in pochi minuti località come Sapri, Palinuro e Maratea. Il lido privato Medusa adiacente alla spiaggia libera, è delizioso ed è raggiungibile a piedi anche nelle ore di punta. Infine il proprietario sig. Giovanni si è dimostrato molto disponibile e premuroso, interessandosi in prima persona affinché tutto potesse svolgersi secondo le nostre esigenze. Sicuramente ritorneremo c'è tanto ancora da vedere.

We have had a very pleasant stay at this place. Giovanni was very helpful and friendly. The beach next to home is ok but we shall recommend Sacrio which is 2 km from there which is very nice. Also nice places around but in all cases, a car would be a plus.

Una piacevole sorpresa

Era la prima volta che visitavamo il Cilento e l'appartamento di Vanni si è rivelato particolarmente adatto per conoscere queste zone meravigliose, immerse in un contesto ambientale di particolare bellezza. Abbiamo pernottato per dieci giorni. Le foto e la descrizione sono pienamente attendibili e rispondenti al vero. L'unica cosa cui non è fatto cenno alcuno è l'accoglienza dei proprietari, che ci ha fatto sentire veramente a casa! Il giardino e gli ambienti interni sono particolarmente ampi e curati e, quindi, adatti per una famiglia con figli come la nostra con tre bimbi. A pochi minuti a piedi, si trova la spiaggia tra Policastro e la pittoresca Scario. Con la macchina raggiungibili in poco Palinuro e Marina di Camerota e, con qualche minuto in più, anche Maratea. La veranda offre una notevole vista sul Golfo e con un pizzico di fortuna bellissime lune sul mare come quelle che ci porteremo nel cuore! Maria&Massimo

Relax assoluto

Vanni è un proprietario eccezionale: discreto e al contempo gentilissimo. L’appartamento è molto spazioso, fresco e ha tutti i comfort che sono utili ad una famiglia con bambini. Il patio offre un panorama incantevole e di sera si gode di un silenzio rilassante. La lontananza con luoghi molto illuminati, da ultimo, ci ha consentito di individuare delle bellissime stelle cadenti durante la notte di San Lorenzo. In sintesi: vorremmo già tornare!

Preis/Leistungsverhältnis und Aussicht Spitze

Eine geräumige Ferienwohnung mit Terrasse und Blick auf die herrliche Bucht von Policastro und Berge von Materata. Kleiner, sehr schöner Garten mit vielen Blumen. Private Zufahrt, Auto steht sicher (und nicht sichtbar) vor der Wohnung. Policastro zählt sicher nicht zu den schönsten Orten Italiens, und die Strände sind grober Kiesel. Aber herrliche Strände in Marina di Camerota, Anfahrt durch sehr schöne Landschaft, Wandermöglichkeiten. Ort mit Atmosphäre:Scario, 4 Autominuten. Wir waren in der Nachsaison (Sept/Okt)da - keine Touristen, leere Strände, Sonne, warmes Wasser. Ferienwohnung hat kein Wifi und kein deutsches oder englisches TV. Vermieter Ottaviano ("Vanni") wohnt in der Wohnung darüber, kommunikativer älterer Herr, sehr nett, spricht aber außer italienisch nur französisch.
