Stunning Italian Riviera without the Cinque Terre crows

This apartment has been in my family for more than twenty years. It is a "happy" place with plenty of light, direct sun, and cross ventilation. It is charming without being fussy; centrally-located without being in a noisy area; traditional without missing modern conveniences. Our family spenmt numerous summers there and now that the children have grown we love to share it with guests from all over the world.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms, and a balcony. There's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms and a dining area. The bathroom offers hair dryers and bidets. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board. Housekeeping is available on request.
