50 m from the beach (100 from the sea) with a fantastic view of the sea and the base of Alcudia, with a fitness gym (meditation room), 2 balconies with a sea view, and a yard, One Master-bed with a bath and a second bathroom with a shower.
Full equipment for all household utensils, towels, sheets, blankets and so on.
Expenses of the tenants is only electricity, the electricity consumption is approximately €0.26 per kWh (wifi, garbage, water, are included in the price).
For heating it has a fireplace, 3 paraffin heaters with timer, and a machine for humidification.
Son Serra de Marina is a very quiet area without Hotels, about 40-45 minutes from Palma de Mallorca center, attracts in the winter Sea activities include surfing, stand-up paddle boarding (SUP), kayaking, kitesurfing, and windsurfing. Other related activities are snorkeling, scuba diving, sailing, wakeboarding, coasteering, and fishing. With open restaurants and the nearest city is about 6 km.
