Clean, tasteful and a great location

Location was perfect - quiet, but 2 minutes from everything. Both indoor and outdoor spaces were well thought out, to get the best mix of sun, shade and light. Lovely little touches all over the house. All very clean. The owners very kindly did some grocery shopping for us as we were arriving late in the evening - including a gift of a lovely bottle of local wine. Two little issues that we encountered - the sockets were quite loose, and we had no hot water for our last day. Overall though, I am happy to recommend this chalet.

Estupenda estancia de 4 semanas.

Muy buena localización a 5 minutos de la playa, con variados negocios y restaurantes en la vecindad, pero a su vez tranquilo y apacible. Las condiciones de la casa se ajustan a la descripción que aparece en Vrbo y consta de todas las comodidades para una estancia agradable. Los propietarios muy atentos y disponibles en todo momento. Excelente velocidad de internet. Repetiríamos sin duda.

Relax e divertimento struttura perfetta

Casa comoda con un bellissimo spazio esterno circondato da una siepe che crea privacy all'ambiente. Ampie camere e 3 bagni. Cucina accessoriata con tutto quello che serve. La posizione è perfetta perché a 5 minuti a piedi dal supermercato, negozi,ristoranti e dalla bellissima spiaggia di sabbia con un bellissimo mare. spiaggia di sabbia con mare

Tolle Lage und Ausstattung

Die Lage vom Haus ist sehr ruhig und erholsam. Trotzdem ist man in nur 5 Minuten am Strand, im Supermarkt oder einem der vielen Restaurants. Die Nachbarn geben gerne Tipps zu der Umgebung. Für uns war es ein toller Urlaub, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schöner Urlaub mit vielen kleinen Einschränkungen

Das Haus liegt hervorragend, um in Can Picafort alles zu Fuß zu erledigen. Shoppen, Strand alles in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. An sich könnte man aus diesem Haus ein richtig tolles Schmuckstück machen. Es war alles picobello sauber, aber leider wurde nicht wirklich etwas investiert. Es fehlt an vielen Ecken, z.B. Tassen, Besteck, Töpfe. Was vorhanden war ist teilweise sehr defekt. Die Küche fällt fast auseinander, die Steckdosen sind alle lose, Toilettenbürste war nicht vorhanden, Toilettendeckel hatte man fast in der Hand usw. Es sind viele Kleinigkeiten, die mit geringem Einsatz zu beheben wären. Daher ist es schade, dass dort nicht Hand angelegt wird. Mit ein bisschen liebevoller Dekoration und Erneuerung einzelner Möbel könnte es richtig toll sein. Vielleicht wird über den Winter etwas gemacht. Hervorzuheben war die Bereitschaft des Vermieters uns länger im Haus bis zur Abreise zu lassen und auch die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos.

Großes Haus in perfekter Lage

Wir (3Erwachsene, 4 Kinder) hatten eine sehr gute Zeit in diesem Ferienhaus. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und sauber. Die Küche ist für 7 Personen reichlich ausgestattet, der Esstisch ist für diese Gruppengröße etwas zu klein, aber auf der Terrasse steht ein großer runder Tisch an dem alle genug Platz hatten. Die Ausstattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, war für uns aber kein Problem. Die Terrasse geht ums ganze Haus, also findet man zu jeder Tageszeit ein Schattenplätzchen. Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein, sehr ruhig und trotzdem zentral, nur wenige Minuten zum Strand, Restaurants und Geschäften.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Wir haben die zwei Wochen in diesem Haus sehr genossen. Für einer sechsköpfige Familie ist es die perfekte Größe. Es gibt genug Bäder, eine voll eingerichtete Küche und eine Tiefgarage welche allerdings nichts für große Autos ist. Der Weg zum Strand dauerte keine zehn Minuten und ist auch sehr sauber. Wir können diesen Ort und dieses Haus mit ruhigem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Großes Haus in sehr guter Lage

Das Haus Auba ist sehr gut gelegen und sehr geräumig. Die Ausstattung ist wie beschrieben. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter ist schnell und unkompliziert. Der Check-in ebenso. Wir haben uns die 2 Wochen sehr wohl gefühlt. Einzig, die Armaturen sind in die Jahre gekommen und könnten getauscht werden.
