Das Haus ist sehr schön und gepflegt, genau so wie der Pool, perfekt um Ruhe zu finden, mitten in den Bergen in herrlicher Umgebung. Einziges Manko: es ist sehr weit bis an das Meer. Die Strecke von 18 km täuscht da es sich um Serpentinen handelt beträgt fie Fahrzeit min 35min.

wunderschönes Grundstück...jedoch permanentes Hundegebell

Das Haus & Grundstück waren wunderbar – Alles war super gepflegt und sehr sauber. Einzig die Matratzen sind mittlerweile verbraucht und abgelegen, ansonsten war alles top. Grund dafür ist das unerträgliche Hundegebell zweier benachbarter Grundstücke. Direkt über dem Grundstück befindet sich ein eingezäuntes und mit Sichtschutz versehenes Areal auf welchem zwei Hunde eingepfercht sind. Direkt daneben (also schräg gegenüber von unserem Grundstück aus) befindet sich ein größeres ziemlich verwahrlostes Grundstück (es roch am Zaun übel nach Urin und Ausscheidungen). Auf diesem Grundstück wurden teilweise bis zu 4 Hunde in Zwingern eingepfercht – ich war dort, ich habe diese Hunde gesehen). Da die Hunde rund um die Uhr dort eingekerkert sind bellen und jaulen diese nahezu rund um die Uhr. Unerträglich war es jedoch am Abend und besonders in der Nacht, wenn das apathische Bellen und Jaulen unüberhörbar und nahezu pausenlos erfolgte. Selbst bei geschlossenen Fenstern und mit Ohrstöpseln war es schwer überhaupt in den Schlaf zu finden. Der Hausverwaltung Casitas Canarias kann man dabei keine Vorwürfe machen – diese haben jeweils sofort nach meinen Hilferufen per Mail reagiert (habe mich zweimal an die Verwaltung gewandt bevor ich aufgab) und sich mit dem Hauseigentümer in Verbindung gesetzt.

Mooi rustig gelegen verblijf

Prachtige wat afgelegen locatie, maar dat wilden wij juist. Vanaf parkeerplaats over n geitenpaadje naar t huisje. De douche bij t zwembad is heerlijk en t zwembadje ook fijn om even in te plonzen, tot onze verrassing zoutig water.

Für Hundeliebhaber geeignet

Es ist ein schönes Haus mit einem tollen Blick. Vom Parkplatz führt ein kleiner Fußweg zum Haus, der gut zu gehen ist. Mit Gepäck allerdings etwas schwierig. In der direkten Umgebung des Hauses gibt es drei Grundstücke mit Hundezwingern mit mehreren Hunden. Die Hunde sind immer alleine und bellen von Sonnenaufgang bis abends ca. 22 Uhr. Ein gemütliches Sitzen auf der an sich schönen Terrasse ist wegen des Dauerbellens nicht möglich. Auch im Haus sind die Hunde noch zu hören. Das ist nicht das, was man sich vorstellt, wenn man Ruhe im Urlaub sucht.

Schöne Finca in Alleinlage

Die Finca hatte eine tolle Lage. Ein 2 Min. Fußweg führt zum Eingang, dort ist man ganz für sich. Von der Terrasse hat man einen schönen Blick ins Tal und auf die Berge. Alles ist ordentlich und gepflegt.

Gîte de qualité, conforme à ce qui était attendu.

Gîte très propre et bien équipé. Environnement agréable dans une palmeraie. Dommage qu'il y ait autant de chiens bruyant dans les alentours. Intérieur un peu sombre. Bon accueil par le propriétaire. Village de Santa Lucia très joli et agréable.
