A breathtaking terrace on the bay of Sant'Elia with a romantic view of Capo Zafferano, the Kafara beach and its crystal clear sea. The vibrant city of Palermo is only one bay further (30 min driving). Terrazza Trionfante is a panoramic apartment in Mediterranean style located on the second floor of a villa in a privileged position on the sea: on foot you can reach not only the beach but also the beautiful Caletta di Sant'Elia and several restaurants.

The apartment boasts a large waterfront terrace, direct access to the sea (a private and pleasant walk of about 100 steps) and a shared garden.

All in all Terrazza Trionfante is an outstanding location for families and couples who wants to enjoy the sea, the mediterranean life as well as explore Northern Sicily and its unforgettable capital.

Terrazza Trionfante consists of two bedrooms - both with air conditioning - and two bathrooms, one with toilet, bidet and shower, the other with toilet and bidet. The living room-kitchen has air-conditioning and a small sofa bed (120 cm), and opens onto the magnificent terrace where you can dine and enjoy a glass of wine looking at the infinity of sea.
