Be ready for some fun in the sun on this lakefront property. Enjoy the private dock and swimming area or bring your kayaks, paddle boards, or boat to explore Little Santa Fe Lake. The public boat ramp is located just two miles away. Little lake Santa Fe is ideal for water sports or fishing.
The house has four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has an amazing view of the lake with a queen size bed and a private bathroom. Two of the guest bedrooms have a double bed and the third guest bedroom has two twin beds. The kitchen/living space is open with plenty of room. The kitchen is fully equipped with most anything you would need. Enjoy mornings with the coffee bar and a gorgeous lake view. The house has a sun room porch area to take in the sights that the lake provides. There is a TV and DVD player located in the living room. The house features central heating, A/C, WiFi, a washer and dryer.
Keystone is located ten minutes away. There you can find several restaurants - Orange Blossoms, Johnny's BBQ, Brooklyn Boys Pizza, Cedar River Seafood, McDonald's, Taco Bell, Hardee's, Popeye's, Domino Pizza, Wendy's, and Dunkin. There is a local bait shop located in Keystone.
The lake rental is 40 minutes from Gainesville, and ideal getaway for a Florida Football Game.
