This property offers mountain vistas, sunset views, privacy, stained concrete floors, covered patio with a dining area and grill.

Step through french doors into the stylish living room featuring a dramatic stone fireplace in this inviting ground floor unit in a spacious, contemporary southwestern, stucco home. Relax on the sagebrush gray sofa or the comfy armchair and stream your favorite shows or movies on the smart TV. Read your favorite book and enjoy the panoramic views of the enchanting landscape, rolling foothills full of picturesque juniper and pinon trees, vast dreamy skies and the dramatic Sangre de Cristo Mountains in the distance.

We totally enjoyed our stay and easily located any items we needed. Karey quickly responded to a simple question I asked. We did not recall that the VRBO listing indicated this was a downstairs unit. Regardless, it was fine with good ground level access and plenty of natural light in every room. We would stay again.

Cozy and modern

This was a great place to stay for our short visit to Santa Fe. The house is very well decorated and comfortable. Plenty of room, and we were able to watch a beautiful sunset from outside our main door. King mattress needs to be rotated, but otherwise, beds were comfortable. We would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Had a very relaxing stay here and appreciated that it was outside of downtown but still withon very easy access to the plaza. Wifi was decent, shower was great, comfy beds, no issues communicating with the host. Zero concerns about it being the lower level, very well insulated against noise.

This was a lovely stay! The interior is a cool, modern, with a New Mexican flare. The beds were comfy. The recommendation book was thoughtful and thorough. You're close to so many cool, cultural sites.

We had a wonderful stay in this very clean and well appointed home. The location is close to the plaza, great restaurants and shopping but also in a quiet neighborhood not too far from great hiking trails. Will definitely be back!
