Nice little gem

The house is located in easy walking distance to downtown shops, galleries and restaurants. It is well appointed and comfortable. King bed and two twins. Had great wifi and tv reception. The master bathroom is somewhat lacking in counter space but overall it’s ok. The king bed was very comfy and master bedroom was roomy. We would definitely consider renting this one again as overall it is a nice place and we had a pleasurable time. The one and only drawback is if you are meeting others here the parking is extremely limited. We did park 2 cars as did the other couple in the house that shares the driveway. It was tight but we made it work. Overall, a very nice place in a great location and we would definitely consider it on our next trip to Santa Fe.

Good location but VERY disappointing stay

Nice location, quiet and walkable to the main square. The place is small, the bathrooms have no place to put stuff and the AC hardly cools the main room. The bedrooms remain HOT. The Internet was so slow that I complained. Received 5 responses from 5 different VACASA people who didn't talk to each other or didn't read the emails. Finally, after about 5 days, they promised to fix the internet (4.2/.5 (download/upload). IT WAS NEVER FIXED. We received no apology. This made the stay very uncomfortable. The kitchen is poorly equipped. A coffee maker with no pot, and old, crummy frying pans and little else. I will never stay in a VACASA property again.

Great week in Santa Fe

We took a girl's trip to Santa Fe and stayed in this property. The locations was very good within walking or driving distance to the Plaza. We took daily trips to Taos, Ghost Ranch, and Bandelier. It was always comfortable to return in the evening and fix our own dinner. I recommend this property to anyone who has a similar adventure in mind.

Great location, good value overall!

Location is perfect - close to everything in Santa Fe. I believe this property is a condo - shared wall with adjacent property. Hard to tell from the listing. Wasn’t a big deal. Internet speed was underwhelming (7 mbps down / 1 mbps up). Could use an upgrade. Grill seems brand new along with microwave. Range great also. Overall this was a good deal!

Cute House in Excellent Location

We (three adults) had an excellent time in Santa Fe. The house is a short walk to the old town, although there is a steep hill on the way back. The living room, bedrooms and baths were clean and comfortable. The kitchen had an excellent stove (only used once). The ice maker was very enthusiastic. It spit ice out all night, keeping my friend awake with the noise. We learned to shut it down at night. The BBQ worked well. We enjoyed dinner and lunch on the patio a couple of times. It would have been nice to have some basics like coffee and creamer for the first morning or two. Some non-perishables like vinegar, mustard, ketchup, olive oil, dried herbs, sugar would have been nice. All in all, highly recommend.
