The home offers opportunities for a range of nearby activities at a go at your own pace: hike at one of the gorgeous state parks or on the several private mountain trails inside this gated community.

The spacious living room features high wood beam ceilings and floor to ceiling windows as well as ample and comfortable seating. The room has a wood-burning fireplace, television, and surround sound with access to television and music streaming services.Kitchen and Dining Area
The modern kitchen has all stainless-steel appliances, ample granite counters, a double sink, gas range, as well as a kitchen bar with seating for three. The dining room has a dining table with seating for six.

Bedrooms and Baths
The first master bedroom includes a king bed, a flat screen television, a wood-burning fireplace, a private patio, and an en-suite bathroom with a double vanity, jetted tub, and walk-in shower.
