Located on the top of one of Santa Eulalia hills, this beautiful white villa with its traditional ibicencan design offers breathtaking views to both sea and mountains within its peaceful environment. Surrounded by beautiful nature, green lawns and fruit trees, one can lounge and relax in the shade of grape trees.
An open-plan living room with a sofa area, a large TV, and an indoor dining area, opens up to the large terrace with stunning sea views. It offers a great outdoor dining area with a large table and several sunbeds.
Fully equipped kitchen (electric hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, Nespresso machine, toaster, juicer, blender, squeezer) and a breakfast table.
Bedroom 1: double bed, access to the terrace with sea views - main floor.
Bedroom 2: with 2 single beds - main floor.
Bedroom 3: with 2 single beds - main floor.

Lovely Spacious Villa
Very spacious villa, with lovely views. Good location for Santa Eulària. Large balcony with sun loungers and nice dining table. Ants are a bit of an issue in the kitchen but imagine thats the same for most villas. Kitchen well equipped and lots of spare beach towels which is very handy.

Breathtaking home...
Only one word to describe this home...Perfection!! I wish I could give it more than 5 stars!! Everything was absolutely amazing. Don Javier is gracious and incredibly helpful. The house was immaculately clean. We had breakfast every morning on the terrace overlooking a gorgeous view. Kitchen and laundry room were equipped with everything you could need. My family did not want to leave. When we return to Ibiza we will definitely be staying here. Thank you for a perfect experience!!
