Casa situada en Cana Negreta, km 4,5 dirección Ibiza Sta. Eulalia. Entorno rural y zona muy tranquila y ambiente rural. La vivienda consta de 3 habitaciones, una de ellas exterior, todas ellas con cama matrimonio( 2 camas de 1,50 y 1 cama de 1,35), baño completo y aire acondicionado encada habitación y salón. El exterior consta de varias terrazas, porche con mobiliario (mesas, sillas, tumbonas, parasoles) todo en madera tropical. También dispone de barbacoa y parking exterior para vehículos dentro de una propiedad totalmente vallada.
