This beautiful Villa is just a few minutes drive from Ibiza Town, the islands Capital, and the resort of St Eulalia, the islands 3rd largest resort. Set in rural surroundings, with its own private garden, and swimming pool perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun. The property is build on 2 levels, and has 4 spacious bedrooms, and a total of 3 bathrooms. The first floor has one large bedroom housed in a traditional turret, a large living room and a dinning area, and Patio doors that lead directly out to the garden. All the bedrooms in the property are fully air conditioned installed 2011. Upstairs you will find, The remaining 3 bedrooms, the master bedroom, with a double bed, and en suit bathroom, and like one of the downstairs bedrooms housed in a traditional turret. The second floor also has 2 large terraces with wonderful views of the surrounding countryside. The focal point of the villa is its swimming pool, with its beautiful water feature, and sun deck with outdoor furniture, and sun beds. Outside dining area, BBQ with table and chairs, meaning al fresco dinning couldn't be easier. Additional facilities include poolside shower and outside toilet, electrical main security gate- remote controlled. This Villa really is the perfect location for anyone looking for a holiday to remember on this beautiful island

Ups and downs

This property has some lovely outside spaces and a great pool. It was very, very difficult to find; none of the taxi drivers knew where it was! We arrived on a bank holiday, with small children, and there was NOTHING! Not even a bottle of water had been left for us so we had to ask the concierge to take us to the supermarket. We got a car the following day. You can just about walk to a shop if you're fit enough! The bedrooms were fine and had air conditioning, the bathrooms were good, but the common parts did not have A/C and it was uncomfortably hot. The kitchen facilities were fine, although we were getting electric shocks off the dishwasher!
