Spectacular 480 m2 property that follows the modern Ibiza architectural style, combining stone and white walls with luxurious qualities and comfort on one level. It is located in a quiet rural area on a 20,000 m2 plot.



The villa has a large living-dining room with TV and views of the pool. Fully equipped kitchen with double fridge with freezer, dishwasher, oven, Nespresso coffee machine.

Toilet in the corridor.

A total of 7 suites, 6 of the bedrooms are located in the main house and one of them in a separate annex near the entrance. All have a TV, air conditioning, safe and a private bathroom with shower. All beds can be pushed together or separated.



Large infinity pool with sun loungers and parasols. Sofa area, outdoor dining area and charcoal barbecue.



Laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.



Wi-Fi (not high speed), car park for at least 5 vehicles.
