''LumiArt'' is unique and has its own style. Accommodates up to 5 guests. The apartment is brand new, fully equipped and spacious. It is located near consulates, pharmacies, restaurants and has the business center with block 40 blocks away.
Open for families, executives and anyone who wants to have an amazing stay!
We have a suite with a queen bed, bathroom and dressing room. And the 2nd room has 2 single beds with bathroom and dressing room. In addition, the living room has a sofa bed. It has a guest bathroom in the hallway, and an equipped open kitchen. The balcony has an amazing view.
RESERVATIONS ARE NOT ACCEPTED FROM THIRD PARTIES
*Capacity: 4 adults, and in the sofa bed 1 or 2 small children.
* One bath towel is provided per guest and one facial and floor towel per bathroom, plus linens for the number of guests indicated.
- Building rules and fines during the reservation are the guest's responsibility.
- Extra linen/bathroom and cleaning are requested and paid for separately, directly with us.
* Cleaning included in the price is done only at the end of the stay. If the guest wishes for extra cleaning during the stay, a new cleaning fee will be charged.
- Basic kitchen and bathroom supplies are not restocked. Additional items can be purchased at the nearest supermarket.
- Early check in and late check out are based on availability and have an extra charge.
