Nice place - bad communication

I stayed kini kini casita for 2 days before me and my girlfriend had a sudden emergency and had to leave to go home. While arriving there was no communication between me and the owner. This was quite concerning as it was a new country for me. The property manager never answered my VRBO messages after I arrived and took weeks to reply prior to the stay when I had questions. He sent me a link for what’s app that didn’t work. I was making it extremely clear that there was an emergency. I tried to add them on what’s app on the first day and they never ever replied or even accepted my request. The place was really nice and well taken care of. Just very very poor communication. The other guests that stayed there were also confused while arriving. I really hope this host can make a change to their communication skills because the place was beautiful and well kept.
