Stayed here a week. In a nice part of the city a block from Starbucks. Hotel is simple, rooms are well lit and have enough room for a desk to work in. WiFi is free and adequate whilst the TV is minute.... Beds are comfortable but the bathroom facilities whilst in working order are tired and need a revamp. Breakfast was simple and good and staff helpful. Overall experience was fine.

Good place for a decent business stay. Nice quality compared to the price. It seems that the training system is working well. The staff are all supportive. Especially Sandra at the reception helped me a lot in choosing places to see and places to go. A recommendable hotel.

Clean place, efficient check-in/out but rather noisy at night when the pumps are activated to fill the water tank. Basic breakfast. At walking distance from the center if you don't mind walking some 15 min.

Simple but nice hotel in Santa Cruz. It has a modern look and feel to it. The rooms are a bit small but very clean. Breakfast is good. It's not located in the center of Santa Cruz so you need to take a taxi or walk a bit to get to the center. It would be better if the staff would speak some English. It's also located next to the soccer stadium, so if soccer has your interest this hotel is for you.

Nice hotel with a very good bathroom. Matrimonial bed was to single beds on wheels which would roll away from each other. We had made a reservation on HRS for two nights, when we arrived they told us they had only space for one night.

Good hotel, recommended. 10 minutes walking from the main square. Clean rooms and good shower. Friendly staff (speaks only spanish) We arrived with a morning flight at 9h and early checkin was not a problem at all. They provided an airport shuttle the next day.

Nice quiet neighborhood. Centrally located....easy access to taxis and nice to walk around the area. The hotel had a nice breakfast and we had a very comfortable room. Great shower! Best I had in my 3 week travel in South America!

Room was clean but the sound proofing need improving (can hear the next door and upstairs neighbors). Strong and hot showers. We booked with breakfast but faced issues as the server said we didn't book and have to pay. We approached the reception and after 5 minutes got it resolved. Not impressed with breakfast though Also, seems like they were in a rush to get us out of the place... Called 2 times to ask our check-out time... Finally, they charge to store your luggage. B8 per piece... Not a lot of $ but still... (・・;)

I was rather shocked when the driver told me I have reached the hotel. It seemed that the location was very remote and the hotel looked rundown. How wrong I was! The room was very neat, clean and tidy. Minimalist. No daunting pictures or mirrors or paintings. The best of all - the only hotel that I have stayed so far with many electric sockets for you to charge your mobile and camera batteries. You just need to bring along your toothbrush and toothpaste else you need to purchase them (inside the mini fridge). The location is very good too. There are a couple of restaurants and a Starbucks store just across the street. 2-3 blocks away (about 10-15 mins walk), you will be in a modern 4K Cineplex (equipped with Dolby Atmos) and a food court. Although the hotel is near the main street but surprisingly it seemed very quiet in the night. I like the simplicity of the hotel.

We stayed at LP Santa Cruz (across the stadium - I mention this because our taxi driver said that there are two LP hotels in Santa Cruz) on the last day of a two-week tour of Bolivia. It was the best hotel of the entire trip - clean, spacious, and modern room in a neighborhood setting. The staff was very helpful (although limited English - a fellow guest helped me out when I needed help). Highly recommend! A note: Generally, breakfast is included when one books a hotel in Bolivia; we booked through Hotels.com, and breakfast, although available, was not included in the room price. I'm not sure whether this is standard for Hotels.com bookings or was an anomoly of this particular hotel. But, in any event, the breakfast was very good and inexpensive.
