We arrived at 0:1 00, on entering the property we observed that the entire house was unclean. We had to clean these area before unpacking kitchen tops, microwave, tables and chairs, dressing table and bathroom. Toilet bowl was clean but not the seat. The bath which is metal must be the original this shows in the corrosion at the end opposite the faucets hazard to health. Water pressure was a trickle at most times. Internally was unbearable hot as if solar panels were the roofing material obviously this made the house uncomfortable. There was aircon in our bedroom that helped to alleviate the situation. Washing machine could not be used as not being plumbed. The back yard could not be accessed due to blocked drain i had to unblock.
